Man, I feel lucky.
I spent a while last night trying to farm the Stars' Design (the hidden appearance for the Fire artifact) with no luck.
Grouped up today to kill the elite rare near the Waning Crescent in Suramar. She drops it.

edit: Pity that the other colors of the Stars' Design are kinda eh. Purple's ok, red's decent. Yellowish for the PVP, well I'm fine with skipping that anyway.

What I thought was a pretty innocuous comment about how I think the boat ride at the start of CoS and the Skovald/Odyn RP at the end of HoV should be removed in Mythic+ (and the timer reduced accordingly) and a 3-4 post conversation with someone arguing to me that the time limit is made with the RP in mind. Despite me clearly saying at the start they should reduce the time limit accordingly, and that I only want the change because in both cases it is just a small waste of time for no reason, and it feels bad especially in HoV to watch the clock ticking down as they talk and you have no control over the speed of the end of the run. I can't imagine they even read one of my posts, because each time they addressed things that had almost nothing to do with what I was saying. Oh well, what can you do, reddit is a pretty awful place for conversation.
Back on topic, so are the falcosaur pet quests daily? I got two to lv 25 and heard there are more quests but they have none from me. They had an emote saying something like they were tired from their adventures (hah, so many adventures, just used an auto 25 stone on them -.-), figured this meant to come back the next day?
A WoWDev twitter post mentioned that this is unintentional and that they want it to work like a raid where bosses remain dead if you come back with the same group, but it currently works like a dungeon. No ETA on the fix though.
Pugged a HoV +6 today and we missed 3 chests by 58 seconds because Gooooood Kinnnngg Skooooovald and his buddy Odyn really like to talk

Yeah, just summon them again after daily reset and you'll have the next bit in the line.
Though people have gotten them as mounts already by using multiple 110s, apparently that just skips to the next day's quest.
I was wondering why my three falcosaurs (don't have the Aszuna one yet) were offering new quests the same day. Hope they don't come down on people doing that, I had no idea.
Everyone's just pissed they won't admit the quest wasn't in the game until now and had us looking all over the place.
Are all the simc options the same as you are doing ingame? (Flask, food, pre-pot, combat potion, same fight duration, bloodlust) Are you playing your rotation absolutely perfectly and never making the wrong decision? Simcraft should always be higher than your real life DPS (because there is no human error involved), and the difference becomes greater as more things change from the simulation. That said, some classes do have inaccurate sims or ones that don't work correctly for certain talents/legendaries so there is that too.
Man it has been a great week for my group legendary wise. Our healer got one from the last boss of Kara (15% heal on Blessings for a H pally, seems super strong), our hunter got one from a +8 Darkheart, and our DH got one from his emissary today. Big overall boost for our group. Funny that the two people (me and WW monk) who got legendaries before 7.1 got shitty ones (10% damage on targets over 90% for me, the tank, and sephuz for our WW) but everyone who got one after patch has gotten solid DPS/healing increases.
It's a sim on a "pathwerk" style boss correct? I just pulled 241k on N Nythendra so I guess I am getting closer. Didnt' realize it counted potions also.
Finally got my legendary. Of course, it's the worst possible legendary a Shadow Priest can have, the ring that's only useful in PvP and I never PvP.

Pretty good day for me. Got to 2000s in 3s easily and did some mythic plus dungeons. Joined a group doing court 4 since I was missing that one for mythic + achi. We got 2 chests then did Eye 6 with 3 and finished on a depleted HoV 9 . Missed the timer by a minute or so. We died quite a bit but was some guild group so there was no whining or complaining.

Those are the people that want to get carried. Always avoid those groups, even if you have the achievement.

Thing is, I keep thinking its FaLAnaar, where teh spider elves are in Suramar.

Turns out 7.1 buffed resto a lot with the big Regrowth and Swiftmends.
If you have a legendary, having potential 1m+ lifebloom crit every 10s for low mana cost is kreygasm.
Also volcanic is trivial for druids.
I have yet to get any legendaries on my two 110 alts (got one on my main ages ago). I feel a sense of dread every time I open a chest or cache that I may get one of the meh ones.
Unrelated, but the Bloodgazers are up for a world quest now so I finally got the fourth and final falcosaur. Yay!

I cba with pugs and my posse didnt raid EN this week (where I would be healing on the monk and I would have hopefully taken the druid instead), we did Kara and I was already dpsing there on my monk (which im fine with, its just healing I want to do on the druid).
We're gonna try a fresh kara tuesday before it resets with some alts and a tank friend who doesnt have much time to play but would love to try kara (hes very casual but doesn't slack on WQs and shit so he's actually decently geared), so Ill take the druid then.
Looking at my own kara run and how everybody is always on like half health, I imagine cultivation must be fantastic there.
Also I have a feeling Moroes would be much less problematic for a druid than it is for our usual healer (shaman), with the constant barrage of hots you can have on people badically healing everyone at the same rate.

Good luck. My relatively quiet server got cross-realmed with some heavy Horde population servers and we're suffering now.
I just don't understand how it happens when they cluster a bunch of servers together. Its super frustrating.
Weak Auras is always great for that. I have generic auras I made for Flame Tongue and Frostbrand and with various resources out there like wago.io you can find a ton of WAs that people share.
That's just the magic of world PVP brah. Isn't it engaging and deep?
Do you know how to remove the HP bar and the maelstorm bar / buffs that are shown originally ?

Nah, my mage still havent completed normal so..
Its funny how the alliance in my server plays in the night to avoid getting ganked by the Horde every WQ

Some ridiculously high orange parses by me today (normal and one or two heroic). Don't even have the BiS ring yet.
There's not even a point to fighting back, they just gang up. I remember when world PVP was fun.
Are you talking about the default player frame? I'm sure some addon would allow you to hide it but its not something I've ever done.
