Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Thread: Everyone wants it, no one uses it

Knew I should have bought it when it was on sale. Been wanting to play this one and the game is super glitchy on my PC graphics card for some reason.

I have a pretty good feeling it'll be a GWG title soon enough.

Has FC3 been on GWG? Or am I thinking of PS+?

Nope, that was a PS+ title. FC3: Blood Dragon was a GWG title though.
I couldn't definitely foresee FC3 being a GWG title in the near future.

Wow, XB1 BC doing work! I didn't know FC3 ran that poorly on console, glad they were able to get it up to a solid 30.

Rule of thumb: If it's an Ubisoft open world game on PS3/360 it probably ran like crap.

Awesome the way BC really cleans up these games, finally having a consistent frame rate and no tearing in the middle of the screen makes a huge difference. Scorpio should remove the little dips too.

That Far Cry 3 comparison is amazing.

Edit: How is resolution handled in BC? Always just the same resolution, do any games get a resolution bump? Was resolution scaling even a thing on many/any 360 games?

Is Ninja Gaiden II on the list yet? I really wanna play it again, but I can't stand the thought of using the old Xbox 360 pad.

(What I'd give for a remastered collection - Ninja Gaiden Black was the best)

Always the same resolution, BC doesn't alter the game code, framerate is improved because the Xbox One can take the load from 360 games better than the 360 could and thus can keep the framerate higher.

Games with dynamic resolution though, like Rage, I'm guessing will more often hit the highest resolution. Much the same way I'm guessing Halo 5 and Gears 4 will fare on the Scorpio: keeping the dynamic resolution mostly in the top tier.
