Youth festival in Paris turns into chaos when huge gangs shows

Seriously, its hard to find news on this but what the fuck! This makes me very upset.

3:10 in a woman gets her cloths ripped apart by a big mass of gang members.

Then the weirdest thing ever. The same woman (i feel really sorry for her) gets tackled to the ground by around 8 police who in formation wearing gear tackles her standing there in just bra! She must got serious head injury from that tackle.

2:08 is when she gets tackled. This really makes me upset. What the fuck. Anyone have a good story on it?

They should just do an exchange program where they dump these french "gangsters" into some of the US's roughest neighborhoods and see how long they continue to act like tough guys.

Seriously. I see worse every year at college homecomings... the only thing that really 'shocks' me as how weak/stupid the police response was.

Its hard to catch when people get beaten down but you see everywhere people shocked, having their hands on their head indicating recent beating. Basically the gang rushes people, robs them and hits them with some kicks and punches.

There is a reason why you hear people screaming desperately and why people are running all over the place. Its because the gang have started chasing people and then they catches 1-2 that they assaults and robs. Its over very fast but its very brutal .

I've seen bigger situations shutdown by rent-a-cops at shopping malls. Were there at least reports of anyone with weapons or serious injuries (other than the half-naked girl calling for help that the riot control squad ran over for justice)?

Touchy American. Who ever said anything like this was exclusive to the U.S.? If anything, Europe is the one that gets the rap for ethnic/gang/sports riots (at times deservedly so).

Just because weapons are rampant in America doesn't mean people getting beaten and robbed is nothing.

That girl was just having a hell of a day, damn. First being harassed/clothes ripped off then being stampeded by a group of riot shield police.

Thats hardly a riot anywhere. But I'm not going to beat the horse about how weak that whole disturbance was... what kills me is how horrible the security at the event had to be to begin with and how terrible the response was.

Correct. They should have cleared the square immediately. 10 police officers aren't nearly enough for this event.

Also, whats up with the crazy shoulder pads on the officers?

This isn't true. Thanks to him, we have less cops but they have to prove their efficiency with numbers.

So we basically have a president who acts like a dick and cops who will arrest anyone who can be charged with anything.

Am I missing something here? In the 2nd video, at around 1:38, she visibly turns around on the cops and removes her shirt. The way you wrote your OP makes it sound like the cops tackled her after she was the victim of a mass of gangs who took her shirt off and the police roflstomped all over her afterward. So... huh?

In the first video, her shirt is clearly removed by someone who's not her friend. As she's moving through the crowd looking for help, she motions to the police a couple of times.

In the 2nd video, as she's finally actually getting the police and again trying to get their attention she catches a rhino packing mob the face.

Looked to me like she removed her shirt and possibly her bra before the mob got to her. Before her bra is removed she's taunting the police and you can hear the crowd cheering for her. It even looks like she puts her hands behind her back to remove her bra before the camera moves away.

Yeah, it looked like she was initially okay with it (looked like they were grinding or something), then they started to grab/hold her when she tried to get away or something like that.

Huh? The first vid is clear. Girl got sharked and wasn't happy about it. She immediately points towards the people who did it and starts to yell for help after it happened. In the second vid she's motioning towards the police as if she thinks they're going to help her but instead gets steamrolled.
