Jamie Bell as Ben Grimm is the real weird one, for me. Not that Bell can't act. But...

Not wondering about the black human torch, but wondering how they'll play off the fact Johnny and Sue are supposed to be brother and sister? Maybe adopted like in that 90210 show?

But I'm not sure about this casting myself. Thought Chiklis was cast pretty well, as was Julian McMahon the past films. Chris Evans did bring some humor to the role. Can't wait to see how it plays out though.

Interesting. I've always like MBJ and Kate Mara, and Miles Teller was pretty good in Project X and Footloose.

Dunno why it's such a confusing proposition that Sue & Johnny could still be related. Either

a) They have the same mom
b) They have the same dad
c) One of them is adopted.

It's no different from how there are siblings in the real world who have different skin color.

I can think of at least one movie that had the same conceit at its center.

Half of the original FF cast from the past two films were actually pretty spot-on (by that I'm talking about Michael Chiklis and Chris Evans).

Kate Mara at least looks the part more than Jessica Alba. Is probably a better actress as well.
