Pulling out the screenwriter's past movies isn't exactly going to have much clout for me in terms of selling a movie as horrible or anything.
There was a lot more wrong with the movies listed than the screenplays.

It's because the guy who made the image cherry picked his resume. Especially including movies he barely had anything to do with and had scripts re-written.
Unless Kevin Feige ran over your dog, there's no way anyone can say with a straight face that those movies (most of which aren't even bad, or if you prefer, reviewed poorly) are worse than Elektra or Wolverine Origins or Rise of the Silver Surfer.

elektra, wolverine origins, and the first run of fantastic four are worse than all of those movies. (i'm removing cap 1 because its actually really good)

You are cherry picking and misguiding people. Kinberg isn't even the only writer. Trank is credited with the actual story with two other young new writers doing the script.
Funny you should talk about this guy and his Photoshop skills, since he was pushing a clearly faked comparison pic in the Indigo Prophecy remastered thread as proof that the game looks worse now, despite overwhelming evidence to its lack of veracity (start at post #176).
The good movies Kinberg wrote don't count because of other writers. But any movie that got bad reviews despite in many instances being heavily re-written count clearly.

Looks surprisingly good. The cinematography was the standout but I also liked the voice over. The shot of Johnny lighting up was cool.

Not the best MCU movies, but nowhere near Rise of the Silver Surfer, Daredevil, Elektra, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, etc. levels of bad. Hell, Cap 1 & Thor 1 were actually alright.

Said lots of people, all with good taste.
But if the film fails RKO Pictures will get the writes back and then we're all making mooovies.
