I really hope, professionally speaking, that no one that reviews this movie actually goes in with preconceived notions about how this movie should be. As a reviewer you're supposed to judge the film as it stands on it's own.

Had enough of that bs with Man of Steel when some professional reviewers docked marks because it wasn't Donner's Superman (unfairly I might add because that was never their intent) completely ignoring the fact that this is a reboot.

I'm so sure the DC Cinematic Universe is fucked.

I hope this film isn't a bad as it's seeming to be.

Haha, that's kind of conflicting when on when hand you've sentenced them to death...

But then have hope this isn't bad.

Batman was planning this thing out so hard in the mirror, like a big fuckin' dork. "Superman gonna be like 'no' and I'll gonna growl "YOU WILL" all badass like. Yeah that's gonna be awesome"

only for Superman to look at him like some middle aged dork in a dumb costume and fly off without saying anything. Batman was like fuck it, I'm saying this line anyway, I practiced for hours

"...you will!"
Ayy lmao!

Sad part is that Batman doesn't even say the last line to Superman's face. He says it to his back like a little bitch.

Still I am team Batman all the way. Batman about to give Superman dat work.

The universe is FUCKED, you hate the movie, so why would it matter?

I don't hate the movie, but this is the launching platform for most of the DCCU and it looks dire.

It'd be great, as a major DC fan, if this is a great Batman/Superman film. That would be awesome. But I'm doubting it the more I see.

Man I love everything I see about Cavill Superman in this movie but Batman has came across as very goofy. I haven't even seen any Ben Affleck movies other than Gone Girl so I'm not coming in with a bias. Bat's suit looks really nice tho.
Fuck man, I'm still going to see the movie but goofy big-head mode Batman and Jesse Eisenberg are sapping from my hype.

The car hitting Superman, the sound it makes, and the fact that Batman somehow thinks that's a sound idea just seems stupid as fuck. Like, really fucking stupid. When that scene ended the second trailer, I thought Clark got tired of playing cat and mouse and decided to just fuck his car up.

But no...Batman just runs it into him.

Wut?

Man they aren't really selling this well at all. Can't believe I'm expecting more from a fucking Deadpool movie than I am Batman vs Superman.

What did you expect? Was Batman supposed to laugh and say, "Hey bro, ha ha, I was like totally rad driftin' and you took that hit like a fuckin' boss, son! I mean damn! But for serious do you have insurance? You will!'

"I am not your enemy"

Cut to Justice League'n

Yo, that was hilariously awesome.

Batmobile drifting straight towards superman, bouncing off like a fucking beyblade, "Do you bleed" and Cavill giving him a look like "bitch, please".

2 and a half months and the three year wait will be over.

The TV spot was hilariously dumb. Oh well, at least the Comic-Con trailer is my favorite trailer of all time.

Also I'm still not over how atrocious the new Batsuit is. Hope for the solo film they change it to be closer than the perfection that the Nolanverse Batman suit had (TDK and TDKR one, not BB).

The modulated bat voice made more sense to me when I thought it was part of that metal suit. But this is just dumb. lol

TDK and TDKR suit was terrible, tacticool bullshit. BB suit was way better.

It's not like there haven't been good shots of Batman from this movie. That angle at the end is just...super questionable. On my small phone screen at least, it looks really unflattering.

The "tacticool bullshit" was exactly what I wanted from a Batman suit my entire life. The Batman Begins suit looks so fake and rubbery, not to mention it's just bad looking to me. TDK suit is badass and exactly what I expect and want Bats to wear.

Why does it make more sense in the armor but not the reg suit? His mouth isn't covered either way. It's not like anyone looks at Armored Batman and confuses him for a mech. He's just wearing extra protection.

I agree with the poster that mentioned Black Panther. The Batman costume looks dated now and it does Affleck absolutely no favours in the face department.

The eyes should be white. Can someone photoshop it? Maybe it would look better. I'm not a fan of this suit tbh. He looks fat. Lol.

Also, that scene was fucking dumb. Is Superman that fucking hard that he can deflect a 4 ton vehicle, but can get punched by a guy in a mechasuit? lolwut

I completely agree.

Batman, is a mere mortal. He needs every help he can get. His suit should look the business - if it doesn't look like it's going to stop gunfire, projectiles or knives, then what's the fucking point.

I've always hated the 'skin suit' that Batman has traditionally worn.

The Arkham Knight suit is also awesome. That's how Batman should look like.

idc about the tacticool vs simplicity design, but TDK suit does look over designed in it's segmentation

If you want to go tacticool just base it off Arkham Origins, they do it much better, particularly in the cowl to body transition and midsection area.

Dunno, because he looked more robotic. I hope the movie at least tries to explain this Wayne-tech, because on its own it looks and sounds silly.
