I'm not sure why that would mean they would need to look at the SLC in the console market. It would only make it less of a concern if it wasn't the HP console market not more of a concern.
If anything, if cloud is included as part of the same market it would mean that the PC market isn't separate as a lot of cloud providers use PCs. Which would mean OS concerns come into play. They might be able to use the example that MS keeps giving, Minecraft, against them too to show harm. After the acquisition the game shifted the engine/game towards windows from platform agnostic Java and the recent Minecraft Legends release did not work on other OS. The last thing cloud providers would want is for a game to be unplayable on their platform at release and scrambling to provide a hotfix to their compatibility layer that mimics windows.

honestly the fact that Microsoft 'employs' them to do this dirty PR work while acting like they're actually above it all (I'm looking at you Phil) has really just muddied my view of the company and makes me want to stop using as many as their products as possible…
though that probably won't happen for quite a while (kinda stuck using M365 for work and personal) + I have the Series X for the first-party exclusives
