Shareholders meeting for Activision/Blizzard is next week.
I don't see any item regarding the merger extension on the subjects that will be voted, would this not be announced here?
Am I as bad using Ctrl+F as I am using the search function of this forum?

Proposal 6. Shareholder proposal regarding adoption of a freedom of association and collective bargaining policy (page 145)

Our Board unanimously recommends that you vote AGAINST this shareholder proposal

Something I thought about earlier. Microsoft is appealing to the CAT with the argument that CMA's market definition was erroneous. The thing is, if it gets decided by the CAT that the market definition needs to be adjusted, and it is decided that Cloud Gaming is part of the gaming market as whole, will the CMA also have to redefine the HP Console market? And if yes, adding the Switch to that market would put PlayStation and Xbox on much more equal grounds which could make the original SLC console market relevant again... Or am I thinking too much into this?
I'm not sure why that would mean they would need to look at the SLC in the console market. It would only make it less of a concern if it wasn't the HP console market not more of a concern.

If anything, if cloud is included as part of the same market it would mean that the PC market isn't separate as a lot of cloud providers use PCs. Which would mean OS concerns come into play. They might be able to use the example that MS keeps giving, Minecraft, against them too to show harm. After the acquisition the game shifted the engine/game towards windows from platform agnostic Java and the recent Minecraft Legends release did not work on other OS. The last thing cloud providers would want is for a game to be unplayable on their platform at release and scrambling to provide a hotfix to their compatibility layer that mimics windows.

Then he would know that iRobot is one of many and they aren't even ranked #1 in the world.

Guess what the top third party video game publisher in the world is?

These desperate ass shills are literally showing their childish ass.

Even if it was 20 years, covering them doesn't make him an expert.
I have been covering them on neogaf since my registration. If I stay here long enough, will I ever become an expert? Maybe Microsoft could hire me as a consultant, can't do worse than Flolrian.
Talk to your average football fan who’s been following the game every week for the past 40 years and you’ll realise they still know as much about the game as a chimpanzee. Just look at feynoob feynoob and nani17 nani17 for example.

The fact that his coverage is all he can tout, says it all. Anyone can cover a story. I’ve never seen him display any actual insight.

It's most likely that Amazon does things in a way thats acceptable to the CMA.

I wasn't aware that the CMA looked at Amazon Luna though. Always thought they only studied mergers.

One thing I can almost guarantee is that Amazon would never have been condescending or hostile towards the CMA, especially not in public. Microsoft were both from the moment of engagement.

Arrogance is a hell of a drug.

there is something seriously wrong with these people…

honestly the fact that Microsoft ‘employs’ them to do this dirty PR work while acting like they’re actually above it all (I’m looking at you Phil) has really just muddied my view of the company and makes me want to stop using as many as their products as possible…

though that probably won’t happen for quite a while (kinda stuck using M365 for work and personal) + I have the Series X for the first-party exclusives

Nah! It’s just CMA is crazy to see no difference here between Xbox and Roomba.

Both are black and collect dust.

You're a mean one. Mr Grinch. You're the king of red rings too. You used Thompson drives, your caps are full of lies, Mr. Grinch. If you described your accomplishments to people they would be

I wouldn't touch that with a thirty-nine and a half foot pole!
