You joke, but that's not the way business works. If the business in 10th place is doing something that is boosting numbers, the #1 business is still going to be looking at that.
There are some things about MS gaming that Sony is looking at with a loving eye. Even before the ABK deal, the amount of revenue MS was generating in comparison to the number of consoles they were selling was more impressive than Sony's numbers. Sony will absolutely try and copy that strategy in a lot of ways. Sony is the dominant brand in consoles, that wouldn't change for them just because they start to try and pull revenue from other platforms.

But you said he said there was literally no change, which seems to be a lie. There clearly are changes.
I'm not desperate of proof of PS5 games coming to PC either, I have a PS5 (only using it for BC atm) in case PS5 does end up with exclusives, but I'm playing the waiting game.
If the games don't show up on PC, I'll buy them 6 years after launch on sale for $15-$20 on PS5. If they come to PC, I'll get it there at a higher price (for a better experience). There's no desperation here, I'll get the games one way or another, I just refuse to pay $30-$70 for experiences at 1440p60 or worse.

That doesnt confirm single player PS games are coming day 1 to PC or mobile. It just means expanding. Could mean library, it could mean older games, could mean more games are coming, could mean faster. Or it could mean day 1. But nothing has been confirmed to change When it comes to single player games.
Im just taking the information with the multiple times PS staff have said single player games aren't coming day 1.
Theres been no rumours unlike when PS started porting older games, when Xbox went day 1 to PC, when Xbox when Multiplatform etc.
If thats what he meant, he would of just said all our games are coming day 1 to PC.

I enjoying playing them day 1 atm on PS5/PS4. Same with Nintendo games on Switch. Id rather pay for those games to get them day 1, for me they are better than alot of games at 4k60

Changes take time, he's not going to make announcements here, but he definately did say they were expanding. Expanding is not the same as no changes...
I hope you enjoy it. I'm not in a hurry though, only PS5 exclusive I'm interested in is Demon Souls (when I bought PS5, I was considering Horizon 2 and Ratchet but they're on (or coming to) PC now).
Even 4K60 is bad for me these days. I'd prefer 120 FPS or more.

Considering their margins - not as much as you would think. If anything it's not paying a 30% cut on their first party titles that is bigger for them.

The Sony of old never made the games you're asking for.
Like I said, it's an odd request. If that's what you're after you'd be better off playing on PC or even on Xbox.

The Sony of the past didn't make a RTS or Simulation game, but they did make other games besides mostly third-person action adventures.
That's my point. It doesn't have to be an RTS. That was just a random example. It could be a FPS or an arcade racer (Bring back Wipeout). I'm just asking for a little more variety.

"Playstation will remain our core product" means he's talking about the consoles.
Since that's their core product, it's where they get most revenue.
You can forget about Day 1 PC releases for non-GaaS.

I dont need to fall what a PS twitter fan boy has said, PS heads in charge have said it before and they havent changed anything yet. We've been hearing on this forum from PC fans for 4+ years, that PS games are coming to PC day 1. Still hasnt happened.

Alot of them will migrate to PC and carry on there agenda pushing and hate against PS. Some have carried on since Dreamcast days lol
Ive always been a Sega fanboy but I still had a NES/Snes/N64 PS1 etc

I do, Im not missing out on PS or Nintendo games. They are my preferred studios apart from a few others like FromSoft, Capcom etc. God of War Ragnarok, GT7, ROR, FF7, Demons Souls, Returnal. I wasnt gonna miss out on those.
Nice, most people cant afford to run there games past 4K60+ or 120fps

I super doubt it. Sony probably makes a lot more money from people buying games on console then they do on PC. It doesn't make sense do day and date on PC, and stop giving PC players a reason to own a Playstation.
