So what is up with the empty seats at Old Trafford? Ticket availability? Price? To not even fill the bottom terrace is just disgraceful, even more so with a match as entertaining as this has been (I've seen worse games played at the Premiership level at Old Trafford).

I was at the Japan Egypt game in saturday and that was completely full.

How many judges are there in boxing?

Do they all talk about the score before giving it?

Would doing it like diving work best where they all say how many points there were separately then eliminate the highest and lowest then average?
3.

There's a proud history of terrible decisions in boxing, so the Olympics are just accurately reflecting that, if anything.

A point is awarded for a scoring hit with marked part of the glove on the opponent's head (side or front) or body (above the belt).

A panel of five judges decides which hits are scoring hits.

Judges each have two buttons before them, one for each boxer, and they press the appropriate button when they believe a boxer delivers a scoring hit.

An electronic scoring system registers a point whenever three or more judges press the button for one boxer within a second of each other. No point is awarded for a hit unless three of the five judges agree.

When two boxers trade blows in a flurry of infighting, where no full-force punches can land, the judges wait until the end of the exchange and award a point to the boxer who got the better of it.

There are probably like 50,000 there which isn't bad for two non-home country teams.

Also take in to consideration, a lot of people bought their tickets expecting to see England in this game, so probably decided not to go when we lost to Canada. LOL.

This Kirani James kid at only 19 just posted the 9th fastest 400 meter time ever.

He might break MJ's record of 43.18 one day.

Thanks. Are they partitioned or can they see each other?

Women's football is incredibly fun to watch. For some reason the women's senior teams still haven't adopted overtly defensive tactics the same way the men's national teams have.

You are missing out.

It depends what you mean by fun. This game has been as messy as hell, with a crazy amount of mistakes.
I don't watch women's football usually so I don't know if it's the norm.

I guess because of that it is fun to watch... but not in an impressive kind of way.
