It's not though, In a few weeks we have the paralympics, for which there are loads of really cheap tickets available. You can still go and see some of the best athletes in the world compete in the best city in the world.

Yeah it was great. The massive medal haul helped as well. Not sure if we can match that in Rio.

Olympic boxing is so different from pro-boxing...it makes sense that the best wouldn't compete. It's also a highly dangerous sport where the best fight 2 or 3 times a year (If that). Fighting in the Olympics isn't possible.

On the other hand, some of the comments in this thread haven't been very classy. I know people get emotional, but still, there are better ways to handle it. You beat the second best national team in the world, be proud.

That being said, Spain's olympic uniforms are beyond embarrassing. Our government should have never outsourced them and I'm sure these guys are thrilled to be wearing that. Smh
