another embarrassing exit might be the only impetus for some change in this roster. That's the only silver lining to this ass kicking.

Not a chance. Unless the right move comes along. Lakers made a change with Ramon.

Too bad OKC choked down the stretch. Lakers had a chance versus Spurs and needed someone else to take out OKC. One team in the league I was convinced Lakers couldn't beat.

Well no.

But.

Not like this.

Yes, like this.

We don't have a head coach, the starting center single handily pushed a 5 game series to 7.

The talent and athleticism isn't there either.

We all knew this series wasn't gonna end well for the Lakers but when you have our head coach putting Steve Blake on Harden during a stretch when he just went off, you know it wasn't gonna be good.

Not a ton of options for the Lakers. They did trade their sixth man and get a real PG, but they have $65 million next year tied up in their best three players. In the new CBA, that makes building a decent bench basically impossible.

That wasn't Brown's call, though. That was Kobe's. He doesn't want to guard WB and Harden the entire game.

And when their big 3 play, Lakers are kind of fucked matchup wise. They have the best perimeter in the league.
