This season was spectacular. I guess 24: The Game will be my next 24 fix. Any E3 impressions? I heard there was a playable build on the show floor...

Archaix said:Also, what the fuck? I was reserving the right to apologize and say that what you put up wasn't actually a spoiler, but instead I now adjust my assessment of you being a dick and instead say you're a total dick. How you can not fucking understand that saying the missle doesn't go towards DC and that Jack doesn't get handed over to the Chinese is a spoiler is beyond me.

Maybe they'll release all the cut-scenes on the internet like Konami with Twin Snakes. :lol

DarienA said:No only is 24 returning for 2 more seasons but it looks like House will be the lead in show next season.
DrForester said:This whole chineese thing doesnt seem to be very liely to continue much longer. They won't believe Jack is dead without a body. They'll go public, the whole thing will come out. The president will claim it had to be done and that becasue they did it the missile was stoped.
Lonestar said:So Manny Coto has done Enterprise. Hmmm...
Another writer slated for S5 is David Fury, who has done alot of Angel, and Buffy, and a few episodes of Lost. Might be interesting.
That won't work at all, there's a bizillion plots on this show and nothing will make sense. You'll be better of whatchig the entire season.Fight for Freeform said:I haven't watched this season. It came on but I always thought of getting the DVD because I can't just start watching halfway through.
But I realize that I don't even have the time to watch the whole thing.
So the plan is to watch the FIRST and LAST episode of the season. I used to do this back in elementary/junior high whenever we had to go to the library. I'd read the first 2-3 pages and the last few pages, and it felt like I saved a lot of potentially wasted time. It's a great feeling.
So yeah, I'll let you guys know how it goes. I'll be sure to post any questions I may have. heheh
Fuck that - Season five, Jack Bauer: Jedi.Season five, Jack Bauer: Vigilante.

TheOMan said:They said they were going to get a replacement.
LakeEarth said:Just kinda realized something though....what happened to Berooz? Looks like they just kinda forgot about him :lol
Its just the last scene involving him, he was asked what to do with him and Marwan was like "I don't know". Kinda leaving it open. Logically you're right, but since when does 24 follow logic.Archaix said:I don't know whether I actually posted this in a previous thread or if I just intended to, but he's dead. It's pretty clear that Marwan didn't want him for anything but to be a distraction for CTU, and he had no problem killing his mother. There was just never any reason to say "Hey, the kid who the terrorists took into custody as a diversion got shot in the face after we left him".
Tony said there wouldn't be an autopsy. All the administration wanted was Jack dead and that's what they got, confirmed by the agent sent to kill him. They have no reason to do an autopsy.DrForester said:I saw that as a replacement just to get a body on file. I doubt they'll find a body that could go through close scruitiny. They said it wouldn't hold up to an autopsy.
I actually wouldn't mind that -- am I insane? :lolTheOMan said:This of course means aliens. Heh. 24 + XFiles = Season 5 and 6
Exotica. Watch it.Prince of Space said:Goddamn, Mandy owns.

Cold-Steel said:Here's something I'm surprised no one here caught [Season 5 continuity]:
Mandy has been granted a pardon for her past and present crimes. She's a free bird.
Marwan's associate (the helicopter pilot) mentioned a boat that Marwan was to escape on in international waters.
The Chinese agent investigating the superior responsible for the raid on the Chinese consolate mentioned a boat as well.
Both departure times were the exact same.
The plot thickens...
TheOMan said:FoneBone - neither would I :lol , but I'm guessing that would make some people here *very* upset. Would make for a very cool season of 24 though.
FoneBone said:Now, to nitpick... I realize that since Elisha Cuthbert wasn't back this season, we're supposed to forget Kim exists... but really, if Jack could only make one phone call before "dying," wouldn't it be to Kim instead? Of course, contractual issues do tend to get in the way of plausibility from time to time.
