Given how things are going lately, it's perfectly normal to treat things like this as terrorist incidents until proven otherwise. In fact it should be the default. Treat as a terrorist attack so people can remain alert for a possible second attack. None of this 'we are not treating..." bollocks that most Police forces put out. The Met Police got it right and others should follow suit.

Public service television SVT are now reporting that Swedish police are treating the incident as a possible terror attack.

But yeah, that will be doing it in response to how it was treated in London. Suspect terrorism, ready squads/forces that need to be and put the country on alert.

A lot of the evidence/fact checking comes in the hours after the situation has been neutralised.

All of this on the day one of the London victims passes away as well...

Concrete bollards are a very cheap way to combat this. If this type of attack keeps happening, I would expect more will be placed in congested areas.
