Uggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I'm sure Taissa's a nice girl, but she is the personification of anti-charisma. I dunno if it's the writing or how she's playing the character or what, but every time she shows up, I just want to tune out and find GIFs to showcase my boredom.

It must be the writing. The role of Zoe is so thankless. Everybody else is a spitfire or is interesting or mysterious or weird, Zoe is just fucking... wallpaper.

It's both the writing and the acting. Taissa is a poor actress and the writing for both of her AHS characters has been...lacking compared to the other characters.

It really should be 'Liiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiies'

With the letters typing out? I don't know how to do that bruh

Also it occurred to me that Taissa Farmiga would be really hot if she did something with her hair and stopped wearing old man blazers. Why does she keep doing this?

It's the characters she is cast to play as in AHS.

Taissa's not at all appealing to me, but she's still quite young so she might just need some time to mature (hopefully in acting talent as well).

I'd like to see her when she's 25 and see how she compares to her sister.

Which is oddly similar to her character in the first season. Evan Peters was basically the same person outwardly in all 3 seasons as well which makes their romance seem like tread ground. I hope there's no saving their relationship and he becomes a wild zombie Frankenstein thing. The two of them are the most boring part of the snow

I finally got around watching the first episode. Delightfully trashy as always, but much more focused. I dug. Also, killer vagina is the worst power ever.

Murder House is a mess. Asylum is really good, but still has some problems. Murder House does have Connie Britton, though.

Her performance was terrible, TERRIBLE. She sounded and looked sedated through the whole season.

Is this show really scary? Like, how would you rate the 3 seasons compared to say a horror flick?

No, not at all. I would rate this a 0 out of 5, it is boringly tame. Last season actually had some creepy stuff in it.

This episode was the best overall, I have high hopes for the next episode.

Curious about what's the deal with the minotaur. Voodoo Witch was all pissed off over how he was treated but he was a normal man at that point. Voodoo Witch had to have turned him into the monster. I guess it could be cause he shagged Bates Daughter but just seems odd cause there wasn't any anger shown.

When she found him in the attic he was dead with his head replaced. I doubt she holds shagging one of the LaLaurie girls against him seeing as how he was a slave and all. Strange that she couldn't put his real head back, I mean, a couple of flunkie witches managed that just fine (sort of). Different formulas probably

Was the head replaced? I thought she just put the bulls head over his

Nan's totally going to end up being the real supreme. That bit with Fiona/Madison at the Cafe about seduction? Nan was totally pulling that off earlier.

Disappointing episode after the first two episodes. I guess I shouldnt be too surprised, they seem to do this every season and I feel let down every season about 4 episodes in. They have a great concept, good location, decent budget, and a solid cast filled with young talent mixed with Emmy and Oscar winners, but the writers fail to put together interesting stories for the characters every week, outside the overall main theme.

I doubt Madison is dead this early in the season. With her becoming the new supreme and drawing on nearby witches power, she could have easily gained new talents from Lilly Rabe and her ability to heal/resurrect when they were nearby each other at the morgue. I hope next weeks episode makes up for this week. I really want to see more about the history of Voodoo in New Orleans. I know they were going for disturbing, shocking and creepy with frat boy gang rape, zombie incest, and Queenie fingering herself trying to seduce the beast, but the scenes were just bad. It is sad watching all the talent they have go to waste with poor writing.

If you're convinced Madison is the new supreme then you probably weren't listening for the entirety of the episode.

Yeah it's a much to obvious route to go down, announcing the new supreme so early too
They wouldn't have included all that spiel about a gifted witch can have four or five powers and not be the supreme if it wasn't supposed to be a red herring

It seems from the flashback that Fiona was the one that lead their clan into the lesser state that it is now. I'm looking forward to her trying to put it back together before she dies

No idea if she was going to be or will be the new supreme, but she has shown the ability to use 2 different powers and maybe a 3rd(I think Lange probably moved the guy into the street). Even still so far the only time Fiona has cared about anyone else is when she can use them or if they are a threat to her. She didnt show much of an interest in Madision until she found out she developed a second power. Im sure there is a long line of people who want to kill her, so I doubt she only wanted Madison to kill her.

Maybe I missed something after the visits with all the doctors, but why would she take a sudden interest in any of the students unless it was for her own gain? Did she get stronger or gain something by killing her? If she wanted to recruit her to a cause, why would she kill her so quickly? I think Fiona is possibly a fake, weak, and not fully trained supreme to begin with. While I think she had a shot at being a strong supreme, she blew it when she killed the old one before learning everything possible.

The supreme witches they have shown so far really dont seem all that supreme. Next to someone like Bassetts character who has lived a very long life and Misty Day who has the power to come back to life and not show age, Fiona's powers seem kind of small or just the powers they have shown so far. I dont think they have shown everything Fiona is capable of. Misty is probably old as Fiona, but Fiona looks much older. Who knows maybe Misty just has a thing for Stevie Nicks, but most people I know who love young Stevie Nicks are old fans who grew up during that time.

I think Misty ages normally. I mean she was only killed a couple of months ago and I'm sure her community would notice if she wasn't aging properly.

Fiona doesn't have a cause to recruit Madison to. She is dying because thats what happens when a new Supreme starts to blossom and she is panicking because of it. Because of the previous Supreme's premature departure Fiona wouldn't know how to deal with the changeover and as she saw so much of her young self in Madison she tried to force her to do what she did years and years ago.
Fiona wants immortality more than anything else but in that one moment she accepted her fate, it's just that she didn't accept it for very long

As for her getting stronger or not I'm not sure. If the new supreme draws from the power of the old one, I'm guessing if the new supreme dies the power just goes back into the old? I doubt it though, because otherwise there would be a long bloody history of Supremes killing their successors so they can keep their powers.

^ I'm pretty sure she was acting the whole time. She smiled as soon as she slit her throat.

I'm guessing (it wasn't shown) but eventually the horse head was sewn over his head. You can see in the first episode she's sewn peoples mouths shut. When the Voodoo Queen found him he was dead or near dead and the only way to save him turned him into this Minotaur monster. You can see how messed up Kyle is after he was brought back to life and he was all human parts, now imagine adding animal parts to that.

That's my theory right now.

This episode was disturbing as hell. They knew things were going to get so bad the first 3rd was outright comedy just to set us up for the shiv.

It's been a long time since FX has topped some of the horseshit scenarios they threw at me with the Shield season 2 and 3.

This show can only go up from here.

The age difference between Taissa Farmiga and her sister is pretty crazy. I wouldn't be surprised if they get confused for mother and daughter (assuming no one knew who they were) all the time.

I imagine it's because they failed. I wouldn't be surprised if there was some otherworldly backlash in trying to stop the natural succession.

I hope we get to see more horror elements like in Season 2. Currently we have Witches, Voodoo and Frankeinstein? I would love to see mutants again...

I'm expecting to see a lot more curse stuff and some really dark magic but I doubt mutants will come into play much

Man, fuck aliens. I thought they were planning on doing some crazy anal probe shit but in the end all they were scheming on was to make super babies.

Aside from Lana Banana the conclusion to last season sucked hard

Did you miss the part where people actually got probed?

Can we talk about how fucking sinister those costumes are in the opening? I hope we get some those witchy get ups at some point.

I finally got a chance to watch the last episode.

Liiiiiiiieeeeeeeesssss! :lol

And baby gravy. Baby gravy. :lol :lol

This episode was messed up. Mother/son incest. Queenie/minotaur sex. Fiona killing Madison. I don't think that Madison was the new supreme but please don't let it be Zoe. She's terrible (and I was okay with her in the first episode). I'm hoping for Misty, Queenie or Nan.
