Age of Ultron nipped that shit right in the bud. You didn't see that coming?
I saw it coming I knew the world wasn't prepared.

My main gripes would probably how 'quickly' Scott solves the issue of escaping the quantum reality (?)
Our perception of time isn't really applicable at a quantum level, especially on a scale smaller than Planck time, which is where Scott presumably found himself. It was, as far as we know, the least outlandish part of the movie.
I mean I didn't find it completely outlandish. It was more of the way it was presented: one second he's in the morphing void and then in a span of two seconds he whips out the enlargening disc, plugs it in, and zooms back to normal size. And there isn't even a moment where he acknowledges that he cheated a fate worse than death. He tells Pym he doesn't remember what happened after the fact and then...that's it.
I guess I just expected a little more emphasis on the emotional aspect of willingly diving into this desperate void and managing to get back out.
So I'm sure this has been brought up but there's no way they got all the guards out in time during the pym heist. Seems like some folks got caught up in the implosion.
Tons of innocent people probably died.

My guess it decreases the distance of all particles, including those inside atoms, like quarks and electrons. The atom, and the nucleus itself is mostly empty space. I could also rationalize it as once you get too small, your density is so great you're basically a black-hole / quantum singularity.
One thing I kept wondering was why hasn't Pym or anyone else use their formula to grow themselves or other objects. They seemed to really care more about shrinking which, while useful, is also kinda not in other respects.
Darren after Scott messes up his suit. His right arm was sucked up first.Did anyone lose their hand in this movie? I don't remember.
Ant Man > Avengers 2 for me. Definitely up there with the Captain America films and Guardians of the Galaxy as one of the better Marvel outings so far.

Well technically Daredevil had the first hints to the mystical side of Marvel. I think it was more clear as "otherworldly" and magic there than here. The Quantum Realm is still slightly based in science, while the stuff in Daredevil is definitely mysticalI feel like Scott going quantum is our first real introduction into the 'magic' side of the MCU that Doctor Strange will be delving full on into.
It could have been the last thing he heard. We also hear Pym's voice so it could also be all in Scott's headA minor thing that bothered me about that sequence was the implication that he could hear his daughters voice and that was keeping him connected to the normal world. Sound doesn't work like that.

Was the tank and subatomic parts really predictable?

Didn't realize there were two after credit scenes. We left after the first one. What was the second?

Imma miss this guy...
Antony was a true bro, he went before his time.
So...about a month?
The things meant to be predictable were predictable. The things not meant to be predictable such as the briefcase, ping pong paddle, giant ant dog, etc. were not as predictable. That's what foreshadowing is. Shocking!
Hmm. I also thought the keychain tank was a real tank while the subatomic stuff was just for the Janet reveal. I guess they were predictable, I just felt the way they used them surprising which as people have said isn't a problem.
