Of course the Arepil numbers are lower then last month.

It's one week less which got counted compared to March.

15 minutes!

I wouldn't be shocked if we got a major decrease in numbers seeing as most main titles for April where a few good digital ones (people likely bought Fusion digitally)

April should theoretically be low numbers everywhere right? What even came out last month?

It should definitely be lower than March's numbers. March was a 5-week period, while April was a 4-week period. Additionally, no big games came out for either PS4 or XB1.

Even though I'm primarily Xbox, I always look forward to these NPD threads, the meltdowns are glorious, and the threads usually turn into graveyards.

I just want to see the world burn.

250,000 for April would still be really good numbers for the PS4, especially with no major releases.

If XB1 is lower than 140,000 a month after TF though...

BTW, we know that in Europe Trails did better on PS4 (I think this is true even in the UK), but there are more Trails players on Xbone. Therefore, I expect it to skew heavily towards Xbone in the US.

It could go anyway. Keep in mind that it's difficult for NPD to track digital sales, and most people would presumably buy it on the store instead of via retail.

If it makes you feel any better, I also have a significant meeting with upper management at 7:00 PM EDT that will probably end up taking three hours of my time, so I can only be here for like 15 minutes after PR releases before my obligations.

:-(

WHAT kind of meeting are you having after hours? serious question. Doesn't your boss know you need to go home or something?
