Brave Exvius is legit great for the mobile game genre though.
And it easily has a more coherent story than XV which is really sad tbh.

I have bluetooth speakers in my car and listen to my headphones when I commute. My work doesn't play the radio. I'm also not going "GET OUT OF MY HEAD CHARLES!" when I go shopping and I hear mainstream music playing.
And she boasts a 93mil follower count on instagram. Regardless of how well known you guys think she is or not, this collaboration is meant to be seen by millions of people that follow her. This is exposure for a new, younger market that might not be too familiar with the Final Fantasy brand.

Might play it eventually but got plenty of other games to play so no loss there. Still got plenty of stuff to do in XV and P5 to finish. I'm definitely not gonna prioritize WoFF over the best RPG of the generation.
It's more of a shame that they okay'd that level of crappy writing. This was stuff from official trailers too so...
Edit: off topic question but was the dialogue in the trailers not representative of the final product? The reviews I read made it seem like that was the case...

I really don't understand how that show got away with parading 15/16 year olds half naked. I think there was a scandal about the director of the show abusing some of the actors. Good to see Ariana wasn't too affected by it.
Late 20's is the usual cut-off period in how in-tune one is with current pop-culture, and it's very evident here, I say as I'll be 30 at the end of this year. I was in my early-mid 20's when she co-starred in Victorious on Nickelodeon, and when Ariana began starting her musical career. I was very much aware of her, and these days social media keeps me up to date a lot of pop-culture.
But yeah, she's big these days worldwide.
She seems really excited about this and likes Final Fantasy, so good for her!
Also weird seeing how people are bringing up Mariah Carey, seeing as Mariah is one of her musical influences.
