I really don't understand how that show got away with parading 15/16 year olds half naked. I think there was a scandal about the director of the show abusing some of the actors. Good to see Ariana wasn't too affected by it.

If it had to be any of the Nickelodeon girls to come out of that mess, I'm glad it was her. She's super talented.

Have we learned nothing? This sort of pap is no longer allowed on GAF. You aren't just breaking the rules; you aren't just acting puerile; you're hurting the site by threatening our relationship with google ads and thus our only source of revenue to keep GAF alive.

If you like young teenage girls, there are plenty of sites to cater to your preferences. GAF is not one of them. The ability of this thread to stay open this long is largely a consequence of the fact that few GAF mods frequent this thread.

I was their audience and younger than them when the show came out, and yea, it definitely appealed to me in part due to how they were dressed. What makes it more awkward is when you compare the cast to iCarly's, which felt much more "normal". And yea, I'm not surprised that the beach episode is an infamous one lol

I too am also very glad Ariana became a success after the show had ended, as her character Cat was my favorite in the show when it was still airing. Then you learn that she can really, really sing, as opposed to other women her age who are okay to decent at best, and just can't help but wish that she gets that big break.
