So did they explain how level scaling will work in co-op?

Appears to work the same exact way. If you're not at the same level as the other person, the game is less than optimal. If you join someone's game who is higher level than you and you do missions you're not at yet in your own playthru, you'll be given credit for having done them when you do reach that point in your own game. Doesn't sound fun to me at all. If I'm not at the same level as my friends, I'm simply going to play alone.

looks pretty nice on PC, at this point in time dont expect massive improvements in console graphics, the hardware is pretty much spent

AC3 is on a new engine but it still looks rough in some areas, because its on current gen hardware and its another open world game.

I think on the bigger bosses you get the buffs of your phaselock, just not the containment and levitation effect. Trying to find where I read or heard that.

Edit: dear god there are some huge enemies in borderlands 2.

I have not looked at the pic, but that is one thing I thought BL lacked. The few it had were pretty good, but it needed more minibosses between the few big bosses.
