Other than the whole thing with Beneke, Skyler has been one of the most believable characters on the show. I think even the writers wish Beneke never happened.

i think ozymandais trailer is strictly promo

why would he read that out loud and in what situation

I been sayin' that shit for years. And if you ever heard it, it meant your ass. I never really questioned what it meant. I thought it was just a cold-blooded thing to say to a motherfucker before you popped a cap in his ass.

That's the only reason I hate her. I've become more sympathetic to her during my second viewing of the series, but the Ted stuff is just disgusting. Fuck cheaters. It's never justified.

Aiii

So not worth it
lol, they were separated.

It's not so fucked up that she fucked Ted, it's fucked up that she went to work specifically to seduce him after Walt showed her the bag of money and opened up about why he did what he did. There was nothing she could say to this so, per usual, she acted out childishly. Haha, Ted's cum hadn't even dried inside her before she ran home to throw what she'd done in Walt's face with a god damn salad in her hands.

Speculation based on that NYT video, Gilligan interviews and what could happen in the second half:
So, they discuss how the long-talked about plan to kill Jesse in the first season never happened. What I found interesting is how Aaron Paul mentions how "Jesse dies then it drives Walt into this big revenge arc" or something to that effect. Knowing this, and how they've mentioned that pieces of unused Season 1 bits are being incorporated into the finale, I'm really not too sure that Jesse's gonna survive :(

No sympathy for Jane. She was terrible for Jesse and immediately took owner ship of his money. Walt saved his life and bought him a house by simply doing nothing.

When it comes to Skyler I also wasn't a fan of her literally walking off into the deep end of a swimming pool. I can understand Skyler is being pushed to her limits but there has to be a better scene than that

Wasn't that scene supposed to justify that they need a break from the kids or whatever? Like, wasn't she trying to get Hank and Marie to take Holly and Walt Jr.?

Yeah, I've been watching the series again in anticipation of the end, and Jane was definitely poison.

Something different, Tuco's cousins are still about the dumbest shit ever.

She was trying to make a scene in the most dramatic way she could think of. It wasn't her literally going insane or anything.

That was a great great scene I thought. Probably wasn't a realistic course of action but it was partly done for symbolism's sake and I thought it turned out great.

Jane is far, far more annoying than Skyler.

One thing I didn't understand about Carmen is that it totes seemed like she was hitting on Walt in S2, but then the IFT thing happened and he was fired in S3. Though Walt was pretty hilariously creepy in that scene.

It just seemed like a little scene in Peekaboo where her and Walt are alone. The way she says to come to her if he needs anything might have implied something. The way she acted seemed like how things like that start in TV shows. Maybe it's something that the writers just didn't care about and moved on.

Bad timing. She was definitely throwing him the ass throughout S2, but she's a little concerned/creeped out by his behavior in S3.

Dat gymnasium speech.

Beneke seemed perfectly believable to me. People have cheated for far, far less than Walt has done. Plus thanks to Beneke, we got the ending of Crawl Space.

And the orange scene, lol.

The resolution in 5.1 is also so good. Watched it again this week and forgot how incredible that scene is.

I'm finishing my rewatch of the entire series and I just experienced one "THAT SHOW" moment that I don't remember from this thread.

Fifty-One. Final scene. The scene where Walt shows Skyler the watch he was given by Jesse, goes to the bedroom, and puts it on his nightstand. The clock is ticking away, which yeah, is pretty much on-the-nose knowing we are nearing the end coupled with Mike's earlier quote about Walt being a ticking time-bomb. Pretty obvious moment.

Only what it really was saying actually wasn't that obvious. He doesn't simply put in on his nightstand. He puts the watch on Gale's copy of Leaves of Grass that was there.

And we even get a nice close-up with only watch ticking away Walt's time and Leaves of Grass. Episode 4 right here and there indicates that this book will be Walt's ultimate downfall.

Damn. It might not be as mind-blowing to some, but it was to me.

No sympathy for Jesse. Jane was a great person sober and Jesse dragged back into something that killed her. That's was his guilt was about and he was fucking right.

No sympathy for Jesse's mother. If she didn't kick Jesse out of that house, he never would have met Jane and lead her toward her eventual death.

She was definitely teasing him in season 2, but I think the reality of him reciprocating and how in your face he was about it freaked her out.

No sympathy for Jane or Jesse in that period. Jesse is at his least likable and once Jane started using she became a different person.

She didn't deserve to die though, that's the crime I couldn't forgive Walt for.

I thought Jesse was at his most likeable during that period. :/

They were both alright and they just ruined each other :'(

Come to think of it, if Jesse's little brother wouldn't have had the joint, Jesse wouldn't be kicked out of the house, the Pinkman parents wouldn't find the meth lab in the basement, they wouldn't force him out of his house, he wouldn't meet Jane, Jane wouldn't OD, and Donald wouldn't cause the plane crash.

Walt, stand aside. You're not the true villain of this series.
