just tonight at kingston, but we had nobody at Basingstoke last week (although it's always fun to hang with twothirtytwo) or at Winchester the week before. Promoters never do that thing that is in their name, and music fans are too apathetic to come out on a weekday. We're at the Fighting Cocks tonight and last time we were there we had about 6 people, I'm betting on less than that tonight. Cos I'm a grumpy cynic lol
edit: the point is, we're new(ish) and so I don't expect anyone to come out to see US, but I do kinda expect the venues to have 'regulars' or people that just come along to check out what's going on, but that just doesn't happen in the week. Shit, I don't go out in the week so I don't know why anyone else would either.
edit2: I'm ok really, I think I always get like this after finishing up a big project (in this case, the zine) so much work and then you think "yeah, but nobody is going to see it except my (lovely and indulgent) friends". Something to show the grandkids at least

Like i said my advice would be guidelines i would follow if i were single. Can't like most std's be treated anyway ? The chance of getting something like aids is extremely rare. If you shagged a homeless junkie out after you couldn't pull in a club then it would be your own fault. Like i said just use your initiative to avoid STD's

Condoms for me are a pain in the ass but if I had to wear one I would, fortunately with my fiancée I never have had to but I have in the past due to me not trusting my sexual partner.

Then when you both get the all clear, you can stop using protection. That way, you get the amazing feeling of unprotected sex, but with the added bonus of trust and respect for each other. Waiting that extra time, and having the respect for each others health and wellbeing makes it all the more incredible.

Wasn't sure where to stick this but just wondering if any of BritGAF have had to claim on Orange mobile phone insurance? I just dropped my iPhone 4S and it landed flat on a cobble stone, cracking the glass on the back:
I've checked my insurance documents and they say that cosmetic damage isn't covered but since a big chunk has come away I would consider this more than cosmetic damage as the phone is now far more susceptible to water damage. I'm off to get a shower in a minute and would usually take my phone in to listen to some tunes (and probably end up singing like a knob) but I'm worried that steam would get inside the hole that's been left behind and mess it up somehow.
Any advice would be appreciated. I've been paying £12 a month for 18 months now and would like to hope Orange will help me out but just want to know the best way to go about it. Or am I just fucked and should I start looking at repair sites?
