Just as a heads-up, I believe all the bolded were released before DMA launched, which means standard DMA codes don't exist. There will only be iTunes specific codes which will require the disc in the drive or an XML trick to redeem.

If it came with Type-0 HD, I think it's expired.

My PS4 NA code card has an expiration date of 3/17/2016. I doubt it would be different for Xbox, but having a code redeem after it's listed expiration date isn't unheard of (but far from guaranteed).

Nope it isn't expired, I just redeemed it. I decided to keep it since I haven't played this demo before and I preordered the Ultimate Collector's Edition of FFXV.
