I think her face's enlarged features are the culprit, and with a few tweaks she'd be more in line with everyone's expectations, although, I know plenty of girls in their early to mid twenties that have that build, and part of it is probably because they're going for a hip "pixie" look for her this time around. Kinda makes it hard to see her taking out 200 pound thugs, but that's just me nit picking. I'm just excited to see this take on the character and don't really care if it makes her seem a few years younger than before. If it's a good creative take, it won't personally bother me.

How would you even go about doing this? There is no way every single issue of Superman or Batman is readily available for purchase and there's thousands of books from those two alone.
That thread was just getting me frustrated, I typed up a bunch of replies and ended up deleting them all... And I read both manga and western comics!

Gail Simone is hit or miss for me, i think. I like the little bit of Red Sonja i've read and Villains United, but Tomb Raider was meh and Batgirl was very meh. Haven't read her Deadpool/Agent X or Wonder Woman though so those are probably great

I'll be one of the people to admit I didn't like how Bane was depicted in Secret Six.
People enjoyed his fish out of water story around some characters but considering this was the guy that organized the beat down of the Bat and figure out who he was in the first place he was still much stupider and dim witted than he should have been. Plus even if he wasn't use to certain situations he was down right inept beyond any reason at times.
