Cyberpunk 2077 is a good example for comparing the differences between the new ROG Xbox Ally X, Steam Deck, and Switch 2.
ROG Xbox Ally X is capable of running the game at higher settings (as expected), achieving up to 80fps with FSR and medium/high settings.
However, FSR does not perform as well as DLSS at low resolutions such as 1080p, so the result is superior on Switch 2 even from lower native resolutions.
The difference between Steam Deck and ROG Xbox Ally X is practically generational in every way.
I recommend always enabling Frame Generation above 40fps and never below 35fps. If the game cannot natively reach 35-40fps, I recommend lowering the settings or not enabling it.
Load times are 3 times faster on ROG Xbox Ally X compared to Switch 2. It also slightly outperforms Steam Deck load times.
