Couldn't you just say "hey dude pick up that stuffed animal?" I was playing with someone on my friendlist the other day and guy did not have a headset and did not seem to understand how to play the game. So damn frustrating.

Didn't turn on headset, don't care to voice chat with people unless they're friends.

It's because there's no insta kill clownsaws. The knife boxing gloves work best for me.
I've never used the clownsaws against the bosses in DR.
I find it harder to use melee weapons against them in DR2 and I still haven't found a good ranged weapons :(

Anyone has good strategy against
the twins
?

I'ma finally gonna pick this up in about in hour

If anyone needs a co-op or competitive partner feel free to add me
XBL gamertag: TigerStyle86
I'd like to try the online MP mode, it sounded neat in previews

Played some co-op yesterday and quickly got back to where I died last. The bosses up to that point were pretty easy with two of us, plus knowing I was on route to fight them let me stock up. We ended up killing Ted and Snowflake, and when we moved to the Chef the game started acting strange. I would hit him with the light saber and only half of the hits would register. There was a similar problem with the CURE fight, but it was much worse here. I'm sure it was lag, but I was the host so I don't think I should have had any (right?). Anyways, he killed us.
I now know I can train Snowflake and bring her to the fight though, try killing me when I have a pet tiger, jackass.

There's a shotgun hidden behind the counter before you enter the club. Focus on one of them with your shotgun. She should be almost dead when your shotgun is empty if you are a good shot.

Sometimes a "hey dude pick up that stuffed animal so we can get free PP" sorta helps and benefits both players. You don't gotta talk about your hemorrhoids, your shitty boss, or how your day went.

I was getting ridiculous draws 75% of the time.
If you quit and rejoin you begin with 25000 and the survivors with whatever they have at the time. So go all in- if survivor gets a straight at the river- quit before strip animation- go in again.

Drill + Spear is a great weapon against psychopaths...and they're both very close to the maintenance area.

Man, I hate not having gold.

I have every achievement in the game now except for the 2 co-op and 3 multiplayer ones.

But yeah, if anybody wants help today/has a 48 hour code I'll be free all evening.

It doesn't matter who saves when I'm playing, it disconnects us right after the save. I wonder if it has something to do with the new dash...

I have the same problem with old dash and two consoles sitting right next to each other.

Did Microsoft stop packing in the 48 hour codes? Both Reach and this game didn't come with one, I just opened my case and I was hoping there would be one in there so I could hook you up.

You might as well ask in the code giveaway thread, people seem to have good luck in there

fight. Anyone got a tip for me?
Go to yucatan and get 2 lmgs. One in middle on top of central platform where zombrex is, other in bank vault where heist is. Stay on platform when climbing to him so zombies can't get to you with 2+ health items and heal when necessary. Do not fire when he rolls. 400 bullets will be enough. Get health books 1&2 at yesterday and tomorrow, and the bbq shack at yucatan near the stairs. Stock up on steaks at bbq shack and at tiger pen. Do all this before fighting him.

That fight worked out fine for me when rolling around and drop kicking when there's a good moment for it.

I found that Fire Spitters (toy spitball gun+tiki torch) were better for that fight; they take a bigger chunk out of his health and they're very, very easy to make in the Yucatan Casino.

Don't use weapons. It's suppose to be fists! Jumping double kick to really cheese him. Was the easiest fight in the game

I used the six-shooter and it made the whole thing really easy. I'm not sure if it respawns continually after you beat Seymour.

quickstep + melee makes them a joke.

This.

The leg drop makes him kneel down, so you're safe getting up. Just start off by collecting food before it all blows up, and it's easy as hell.

Reach gave me a 48 hour pass, so I'm not sure what's up with that.

Is
taming Snowflake
supposed to be a joke or something? It's fucking impossible.
By the time you've determined which way she is coming at you, she's too close and the steak ends up hitting her, or she gets to Chuck before it even leaves his hand
>:-(

I found it easiest if
you throw a steak right after she pounces a zombie. Most people say as she runs at you, but that never worked for me.

Does she have to be facing you? I throw them but they just skid across the floor, she ignores them and I'm fucked :(

Life's too short for this bullshit, this is not fun and worse than anything in DR1.

Once I've done it, I'll say it's easy too!

Take the four steaks near the area Snowflake first spawns, clear the area of zombies or use repulse drink. Then lay the four steaks on the ground in a square or plus. Back away and when she comes she well go to the steaks on the ground-- I think it only took 2 steaks for me.

It's super easy. Just throw then all in a pile right outside of the little room in the middle of the walkway. Sometimes it takes a while, but eventually she'll eat them all. Just stand in the room, as she seems to attack more if you're running around.

Do not throw them! people keep saying this, but it's wrong. Just press down to drop them on the floor. Make a little pile of them and stand on the opposite side. Easy.

I had a ton of trouble with this at first, but I found a strategy that worked.

After Ted is dead, set yourself up in the middle of the tiger pen. There aren't a lot of zombies here, and you can see her angles of approach really well. Then dodge her until she runs away. Make sure you see where she is.

Throw the steak in her general direction as soon as she starts charging towards you. No matter how far away she is when you throw the steak, if she's charging at you when you throw it and isn't about to pounce, she'll eat it.

When I did it like this, it was the easiest thing in the world.

I've just started but so farm I'm enjoying it, came up with an electric rake combo which was fun :lol.

I very nearly screwed up though I got three survivors and cases 1-3 and 1-4 were very low in the red by the time I finished them.

Now I have like 4 hours to kill until 2-1 starts. Can I make it to "Welcome to the family" and back by then? It looks pretty far across the complex.

Throw things at the rotors. It eventually tells you on the very bottom of the screen

It's weird that bullets don't work, but oh well.

You should be fine.

Throw shit at the propeller. I didn't want to waste my items, so I used spotlights and suitcases sitting around. Make sure to dodge roll under the crane to make it easier.
