See a lot of people thinking the issue is their level, but it's not.

Transfer over the sword from your alt, then infuse it to 280+, fully upgrade it then talk to Shaxx.

DO NOT pick up the quest on your alt or you're forever locked to that character.

I'll start with my titan cause he can get his own and then switch as needed based on which class I think contributes more to the encounter in total.
