That's my favorite year two hand cannon you're talking about there. Use Sureshot and Rifled. It has the lowest TTK of any non-Thorn hand cannon in Y2. It, the New Monarchy hc and Revelator. But Water Star is essentially the god roll of that impact class.

Like I've always said, arc blade has by far the highest skill ceiling of any super. Partially because it sucks but also because it can be very strong when used properly.
