Dexter S4 Trailer

If only there was a way to just buy Showtime without buying all the other channels on cable--time to steal people's cable TV.

If the leaked episode gives sign of the rest of the season, it's going to be awesome. Not sure how Showtime let it sneak out (unless intentional), but am glad I caught it. Was needing a fix until the new season starts.

I have a feeling his life is gonna totally unravel this season. They can't let him keep getting out of these situations.

S4 seems like the time to do it and start building towards an endpoint or the quality will start dropping.

On a similar note, I hope that S5 is the last season. I'd rather the show end early than have it driven into the ground. Unfortunately, I think it's Showtime's biggest thing going, so who knows.

I wouldn't be suprised if that was an intentional accidental leak, it's definately worked on me, before I was seriously pumped for the series - now after that ending, I'm seriously fucking pumped.

NO! Never. Dexter could go on to Season 10. There's just a million of different possibilities there.

Lord Farquaad was pretty creepy. That reporter chick was cute. Dexter is fucked.

And I think I've said it before, but there's just some appealing about LaGuerta. I don't really know what it is though.

That was pretty good. Adrienne Barbeau showed up. I wonder if she'll appear again.
I had no idea who she was, but just looking at her you could tell she was probably pretty bangin' when she was younger. Google Image does not lie. Not too bad at all.

Another thing. Is it possible that
Lundy still thinks Dexter is the Bay Harbor Butcher?
It's almost like he knows.

Muahaha! This is why I love ya, GAF. I'm going to watch it right now!

Are we sure the posting of the episode was an accident? That's quite a mistake if so.

Definately an intentional leak.

about the crash though, he had probably already disposed of the body, I think they're misdirecting like in the intro

Well, season premiere is in more than month. And the episode was taken out of the front page.

:lol
I liked the messed up mini intro they did due to his lack of sleep.

Looking pretty solid. I'm VERY glad Lithgow is doing something. The man is an exceptional actor and I haven't seen him in anything lately.

Yes indeed.

She had quite a prolific '80s and was married to John Carpenter for a few years. I first got to know her on Carnivàle and she voiced Selina/Catwoman on the Batman animated series but she's in quite a few genre classics as well.

awesome!!!!!!! if i remember right the first couple episodes of season 2 or 3 leaked online early too. hopefully the trend continues! how did some of you make it bigger? is there a way to make it pop out? i dont like making it full screen

Just finished the episode. God damn what a great opener.

I agree with Costanza that this whole thing has to build up to something. Or else it'll become like House (a show I like) where nothing ever changes, especially for the main character. That hasn't happened to this show yet because Dexter as a character has gone through major changes, but the more they keep him in the almost-getting-caught rut, he'll stagnate.

Oh, probably.

Well unfortunately, as long as Dexter remains a practicing serial killer, there's always a chance of getting caught. That's not something the writers could or should just sweep away. The only real options are a) he stops killing people (which would suck), or b) he gets caught (which would change the show drastically). Option b would make for an interesting final season, whenever that may be. But until then, shikata ga nai.

I don't mean the actual almost-getting-caught element. That should always be there. I just used that phrase to describe the rut and formula the show is in danger of falling into.

They should definitely stop relying on it to manufacture tension and cliff hanger endings, that's for sure.

I'm already liking this season MUCH BETTER than season 3.
Why does Season 3 get flack?

I really enjoyed it. If anything, Season 2 is the weakest of the three so far, with the first season obviously being the best.

Yeah I kinda figured that, there'd be no way out of it otherwise.
Still I'd like to see if he has any impressive brusies.

That was a great, excellent quality opener. I loved
the off-kilter "insomnia" version of the title sequence, as well as Masuka in the elevator.

Lithgow is a man of many talents and I think he'll be a great addition to the show. I have a children's book that he wrote about a cute squirrel that paints pictures using his tail as a brush, so it was amusing to me when I saw
how disturbing his character's method of killing was. He seems much more brutal than the Skinner from last season, who I thought was bit too CBS-friendly and like a watered-down version of Dr. Danco from the book series.

Anyway, I hope some more episodes leak. Thanks again for letting us know, TheCardPlayer.

Nobody in this show says goodbye on the phone.
Yeah, it bothers me a little as well. I notice it a lot in heavily-scripted TV dramas.

Ditto. I'm sure they'll drag it out until it's nearly unwatchable
