Recurring theme for Moffat's run seems to be
giving characters clones and have them act alongside each other.
:p

It really is. Let me see if I can remember off the top of my head:
Amy and Rory had "clones" in that Red Nose special, Amy had the older Amy, The Doctor had the Flesh Doctor, Amy and River were both copied in front of one another by the Tessalecta, the Doctor and River ran into clones of themselves in Last Night short, the TARDIS materialized another Clara as a hologram, there are apparently multiple Claras throughout history saving the Doctor, and then in Clara and the TARDIS short there are a bunch of Clara clones. Now the Doctors are meeting and there are two Kate Stewarts!? it's so much.

That was so good. It's really happening! TWO WEEKS YOU GUYS!

Saw the 50 Years trailer on the big screen at Thor 2 today, was quite awesome.

That was a damn good trailer. The part with the sonic was lovely.

So was that the last one we're getting this weekend?

Surprised the Zygons haven't come back earlier. Weren't they a theory going round for the reason behind The Flesh? Or the origin of the Sontarans. Good times.

On my continuing battle to catch up on Doctor Who for the 50th I just hit the Van Gogh episode. Fantastic. One of my favorites.

I see that episode get a lot of hate around some parts of fandom (what doesnt) but I honestly think it's one of those most beautiful episodes Doctor Who has perhaps ever done. Not perfect, but as someone who knows depression well it's a damn fine piece of television.

Ace as well, right below, but I can't make out who's standing next to her?
I thought I'd seen all the pics from that shoot.

The monster could have been done better, but the ending of the episode was fantastic. The dude they got to play Van Gogh did excellent too.

Also I <3 Amy so much.

Sidenote, where can I watch series 7 when I get there? Hulu? Anywhere?

That countdown is probably ominous.

Honestly, the Time War and all that is cool and whatever but I'm more interested in the bits with Kate. I consider UNIT a far more relevant and awesome part of Who history than Gallifrey and the Time Lords and so on. To the point where I really hope Moffat found a way to get the Doctor(s) back behind the wheel of Bessie.

Oh, and Jemma Redgrave as Kate is brilliant. She needs to continue to return often and prominently.

0:25 am I crazy for thinking that's
McGann
?

Also....

Since this will have Time Lord stuff, is there any word of Timothy Dalton is returning?

I have a minor gripe, I really wish they hadn't of changed Matt Smiths outfit from the whole odd Science Teacher look he had originally with the greeny brown jacket to this Victorian era look. Seeing him and Tennant together in that pick just makes them look like they are both wearing almost the same outfit.
