Twitch reviewed the exchanges and said no wrong doing was done. Community manager who had run ins with DOC before pushed it up to the higher ups to try and get 'action' done. Police got involved and said there was nothing in it.
And to top it all off Twitch didnt even check to see if the person was ubergae or legal, which they were.

A lot more said but i highjly doubt he's lying, especially the police thing as that could come back and bite him hard.

Sorry i know a lot of you want your public hanging but it seems some of the blue haired Twitch team wanted to destroy DOC because he doesnt fit their 'view' of the world.

His statement wasn't bad, to be fair.
Was twitch managed by retards years ago and possibly still today? Possibly.
Were there grudges against him and people out there to get him? Possibly.
Did Twitch really want to kick him out to welcome back big Mixer Streamers? Possibly.
Was this whole case mismanaged and resulted in zero conviction or trial? Well, evidently.

Were the private messages really taken out of context making him innocent of the allegations as he claims? Without the messages, we'll never know.

At the end it's about who you believe tells the truth but in this pile of shit that is the Twitch and live streaming world in general, my feeling is that no one is honest and everybody is up to some evil shit one way or another, both Twitch and Doc included.

If his version of the truth is real he seems like he will make a lot of money suing everyone that cut him loose after their own internal investigations including the game company he helped build

This statement was written. You can see him referencing written material.

His lawyers obviously involved.

In this statement he says the individual was
-Not a minor at the time of the inappropriate messages.
And
-The inappropriate messages were jokes and not sexting.

So twitch tried to ban a guy they didn’t like AND were stupid to pay for after the fall of Mixer… for inappropriate jokes with someone who was not a minor at the time the joke was made.

If that’s true.. and at this point Twitch would be likely to sue him if he lied about any of that… this pedophile narrative is total bullshit.

My takeaway. Some at Twitch had a beef with him. He sent inappropriate whispers to someone that was at the age of consent. So, possibly still a 16-17 year old. He played us all by using the word minor on purpose. Even though the person in question is possibly 16-17. He is the realist fake person on YouTube.

As he said, because the Twitch staff leaked the accusations, all the NDA stuff ends at that point, whuich is why he, and Twitch or anyone involved, can talk about it now.
If he's lying then he will get called out for it.

There are 2 sides to evey story and people can believe which side they want. Everyhting he said makes total sense to me. And stuff like the police thing, he cant just lie abouit something like that publicy. Use your head man.

He probably did not lie but that doesn’t make the person in question 18 or older. I did not hear the whole thing so please correct me if he stated an age instead of saying age of consent.

I mean it went through the justice system and he wasn't guilty of any wrong doings law wise.

Doesn't make it any less creepy for a full grown man, who's married. Talking to a minor and in an explicit manner. And then allegedly wanting to meet up at a convention. Idk man lots of red flags.

Then why the curated statement where he admitted inappropriate texting a minor?

Why didn't he set everyone straight 3 months ago?
its a PR move. He definitely has a risk management team. I think PR told him to go quiet. Basically 3 months ago everybody was yelling at him no one would hear his side, too much noise in the room. In my PR mind they tested it with an online statement. that didn't hit the way wanted so he goes away for a while. Come back in 3months when its settled down. Dsiscuss it on his terms.........he currently has 200thousand+ people locked into what his side of story is. Those are the minds he needs to change.

I thought about it too, obviously if he's about to sue Twitch or a bunch of people, he's not gonna talk about it but my guess is that nothing's gonna happen. This is only a guess on my part but I believe that thing went like this : Doc DID send inappropriate messages (messages only) with sexual content to someone that could be considered a minor in some states but not the one she/he was living in. Twitch who was run by retards and lead by someone with grudges against him took that opportunity to attack him and get him ban. I guess that after closer review, there was no illegal case against him and the thing was settle behind close doors. So basically, everyone's retarded and fucked up.

Watching the livestream. It is very good to hear his side of the story. I can’t blame him for being angry. Twitch screwed him and the messages were jokes taken out of context. The person was not a legally minor. Law enforcement declined to participate. Twitch originally declined to escalate the issue until an ex-associate of doc personally decided to escalate it himself even though int internal board at twitch decided not to.

He admits they sent sexual jokes that were taken out of context. Says most everything else that has been leaked was false because the leakers weren’t act involved and are just spouting rumors.

My opinion. He was a macho white dude streaming in the “me too” era, and the wokies running twitch wanted to cut his contract tbecause he represents macho white guys. And, firing him, they hoped, would saves budget money to hire the people leaving the failed mixr service .

I highly suggest watching his stream going on right now.

Doesn't pass the sniff test with his statement

"Were there twitch whisper messages with an individual minor back in 2017? The answer is yes. Were there real intentions behind these messages, the answer is absolutely not. "

This is the only few lines I care about, sounds exactly like what someone always said on the show "To Catch a Predator"

Because what he said made total sense to me. Have you even watched his explanation?.
Why do you believe the blue haired Twitch staff?
Can ask you the same, why believe a wig wearing guy with a history of bad choices?

I don't really know or care about Doc outside of his name is good (creative). But there's some problems I have with everyone involved.

If Doc was sexting a minor or whatever, and Twitch covered for it, how in the world do the people that hate Doc justify every visiting Twitch ever again? They say on this. It's like the Jason "best journo in the business, bro" guy who sat on sexual assault accusations. F these people that don't address this and come forward at the time.

And who was the judge that dismissed it? How does he still have a judge if he was sexting a minor?

But again, is everyone ready to quit using Twitch if this is true? I'd hope that this extends to platforms that ignore stuff like this. They're already freaking creepy for their overly sexualized ASMR channel when they know darn well minors use their platform.

Yeah I was very skeptical before his statement after hearing his side of the story I think it rings true. He even said there's more to the story that he won't address right now, which I get as there's probably another legal battle brewing up now.

Purple snakes are gonna' purple snake.

This is the part that stuck with me too. I'm assuming by 'intentions' he meant intentions to meet up with the person. Doesn't seem he realizes that not meeting up doesn't make it less messed up.

I can’t say I believe either, but Doc comes off as way more deceptive. Plus throw in his past misdeeds, again, where there’s smoke, there’s fire.

Some of you dont want to believe him, which is fine and your right. There are only 2 sides to a story, and you believ the side that you believe.
But as he said, there are no NDA's in place now, so people can say what they want on the case.

And lets not forget Twitch lost their case with DOC, and had to pay him out. Why would that happen if it was all true?.

Yes, if he hadn’t already admitted to it, then I would still be squarely in the waiting for evidence camp. But he did admit to it. And his new story doesn’t align with his first one.

If he really, really wanted to clear his name, he’d show the world those whispers.

Why should he though?, whats it got to do with anyone excpet the people involved?.

He's said he's side of the story, and i dont think he really cares about the poeple that dont believe it anyway. He's already had about 5-6k in tips on the stream, including a 1k tip.

This is his story supposedly clipped... only just caught up.

Didn't he admit it on Twitter that they were a minor. Why the 180?

We’re not talking about a dispute among consenting adults here. Stuff involving predatory behavior towards minors is always everyone’s business.

So was there any evidence either way? Did he post any messages, any emails from twitch, or letters from lawyers? If it was just him saying "I didn't do it" it's not going to really sway anyone who thinks he probably did do it seeing as he was banned.

If he was in a contract with them, they'd have to had shown him evidence of why he was banned.

He said they werent sexual, and the police, and Twitch themselves said their was nothing in the messgaes.

Again how would Twitch lose and have to pay him out if he was in the wrong?.

Its probably best just to watch the full discussion he had on stream, same with everyone. If you still dont believe him then thats your right.

If I was accused of this shit, you better believe I’d present everything I could, texts, chats, browser history, phone calls, etc. All people would learn is that I like VR porn and I like older women porn. Well, I guess they would need to learn that because I just put it out there. I’ve always been attracted to the older woman. I remember having sleeping dreams with my 2nd grade teacher, while in the second grade. Not sex, but sleeping together in the bed together, in our underwear.

What were we talking about?

Have to say.....I know this Dr Disrespect act is how he makes his money, but I have a hard time believing a guy trying to convince the world that all this was a setup while he is hiding behind that persona. Take off the stupid wig and the sunglasses and let folks see your eyes when you talk. Hiding behind a lie in order to supposedly tell the truth isn't going to work on anyone but dedicated fans. Maybe that's what he is going for.

Because sometimes it’s just easier to pay someone to get them to leave faster. Never heard of settlements?
