Yes the free cars and DLC should be available to any owner of the game, physical or digital. You just have to "purchase" them from the add ons under the DC page in the store.

not that i'm aware of, sadly.

to be fair, all DLC is downloaded with each patch regardless of whether or not you own it, so as long as you have automatic patching enabled you don't have to actually download anything, you just have to go through the store and hit the purchase button on each item.

you can probably do it through the web store too if that makes it easier

If you already own the full game they make you erase that file to download the Plus edition. I wanted to have both so I can play just digitally with the Plus edition sometimes but I guess that's not possible.

If you get the full game and season pass, wait till you are going up against the Venom Hot Lap, you think that's tough then you need to run it again at night in the rain, and you only get another 4 seconds allowance for a lap time.

There's older first party games that aren't on plus yet

I'd wager you see Killzone or Infamous before Driveclub
