Coworker is mad that I get a lunch and he doesn't. The reason being that he has a house and gets a stipend for groceries, so he should bring his own.
But he's mad at me, who doesn't have a kitchen and doesn't get extra money each month, because our supervisor is obligated to give me a chance to get food.
I mean I get why he's pissed but don't take it out on me, bruh. You have a wife, a FREE HOUSE, and you get paid almost double a year what I make just for being fucking married. Get bent.

Here's my question.. Why did they spend 10 minutes scolding and yelling at those guys if they were just going to wipe them all out anyway? Why waste time and energy? The scare routine should be to scare someone, which is all erased if they're dead.

As a matter of practice I don't generally criticize people on their appearance (unless targeted and in a way they asked for) but suffice it to say I don't understand how anyone could find Sansa to have any redeeming qualities or be interesting in any way. She's plain, mean, and dull, and will be horribly miscast as Jean Grey. "Game of Thrones is popular, let's make someone from that show an X-Man!" Sod off.
Everything you just said is wrong except for the part where the Sansa character is dull, especially so in the later books.
I think Sophie Turner is amazing.
Some of her acting in GoT is pretty good too, it'll be nice to see her stretching those skills in an X-men movie.

I've recently switched over to listening to all my books and I don't know if that's better or worse or neutral than reading books. No time to sit down and just read, who the fuck has time for that?
He was great in First Class for sure, DoFP tho? Nah.
I'm a horrible person. Like a year ago I decided to subscribe to audible and start "reading" books, but I can never decide or spend much time on it so I've "read" almost nothing and I have a mountain of credits. I'm afraid to cancel because they steal your credits away. It's awful!
Someone tell me something that's a mix of interesting, entertaining, scathing, highly informative and full of practical knowledge that I can "read". Please!

yea in First Class he's awesome and is channeling some really badass hurt and pain. Then in DoFP he is just an afterthought.
I have the opposite problem. I zone out while reading anything at length and end up needing to re-read passages a lot in order to internalize them. I had a lot of trouble in school as a child and believed myself to be retarded. (Is that okay to say?)

I go between listening to podcasts to listening to audiobooks by the handful from the library.
That being said, short of Hardcore History and Serial season 1 I can't think of anything that would fit that criteria.
I listen to alot of Jack Reacher books because he's usually punching someone in the dick, which seems to keep me interested while I'm driving.
Between a Rock and a Hard Place(127 Hours) is super intense and interesting but isn't super informative unless you plan on cutting your own arm off.

I read fast enough that retreading a page or two here and there never hurts me. I do it a lot more often when it's something I don't care about. When I'm really into a book though I can't pay any attention to anything else till its done

Back before I got sick. I was newly separated from my wife. And to distract myself I was all about my job. Because of this they sent me to our site in Dallas a few times. Each time I would go I would hit up my friend from east texas and she would come and hang at my hotel and one thing would lead to another and you know...
one time I even took a non-business trip and met her in austin for a weekend. she's cool but I don't really believe in long distance relationships so it was all just kind of a fwb situation.
anyway, I bring this up because she is wanting to see me in December. I'm okay with this but I think she is way more into me than I am her and I really don't want to hurt her feelings. so idk.... just kind of thinking out loud here.
