Only anime t-shirt I kind of liked was this one.
And that was only for the gimmick. The illustration of Akari is rather plain and it could have done without her name.
Anime t-shirts are often far too busy or wordy. At least they're not awful puns like most gaming t-shirts though.
UniQlo UTs are quite good though but chances of them being for a show like YuruYuri is basically naught.

This was in an order with a CD worth £9, but I doubt that made much of a difference to the fees listed.
You do need a separate Amazon.co.jp account, but you can register the same major credit card you use on whichever your native Amazon site is. There is also an 'see this page in English' most of the time, and that extends to cart/checkout. I've been using Amazon jp for more years than I can remember, even before they offered English viewing options - and never had a single problem.
Edit: In fact, half the time the import fees deposit is always nudged slightly higher by Amazon (I assume to ensure DHL don't get short-changed), but I'll often get an email from them saying 'Oops! Sorry, you paid a bit too much there. Here, we'll re-credit a few hundred yen back to your card." Always nice
