She can fire it. It happens all the time once you can queue 4 attacks.bad-joey said:Question on Lightning's Gunblade: can she actually fire it or only slice with it in-game? Maybe spoiler question??

Urban Scholar said:Depending on your area you have quite the long line by that time. If you can get there around 10 you will get an earlier position in line and thus a shorter wait. At least that's how we run these midnight things at my location.
If anyone is going to the gamestop midnight thing launch in Miami, Florida at 163rd, I have the pleasure of working all today and well into the event. I'll see you there
qcf x2 said:How busy do you anticipate it being? I kinda wanna go right after work (right around midnight), but I don't wanna get there and wait in line to find out that the last copy was sold already.

No level ups, no new abilities, just one long corridor shit-fest with one attack and constant party switching.
What a load of shit so far lol.

Haklong said:Anyone know if the save can be transferred to a USB Flash Drive for the PS3? I was going to get the 360 version because I go back and forth between my place in Boston and NH. I always bring my 360 HDD with me so I can play at both places. Since it's better on PS3 I'm getting that version but was wondering if I could bring my saves with me. Anyone with the PS3 version willing to try it out and let me know?

I've had a different impression so far. I could understand complaints about "taking the R out of RPG" because of the linearity and lack of meaningful choice (that would work for 95% of all JRPGs actually) -- but the world design in particular seems quite well developed and interesting. For those debating on what version, the article strongly suggest the PS3. Everyone knows that already ofcourse.
Castor Krieg said:Huh? The world is one of the better ones created in Final Fantasy. The database gives a lot of info about locations, people, and events from the past. If by "incredibly designed" you mean bunch of numbers about rotation time and orbit of a planet then you're right, ME2 takes the cake here.

And the wealth ofcodexdatapad entries flesh it out in a fashion somewhat comparable to Bioware's games.
simtmb said:Maybe i didn't quite say it right. "Realized" would of been the better term. The game world doesn't feel alive etc etc.

I think your store has to have over 100 pre-orders or something. I got a text from them.Jtyettis said:Weird I haven't received a call on this yet. Did GS release a list of stores for midnight release
