You don't need to be any particular level for this dungeon (although you do need to be around the 40s to do the quest for the flying Regalia, but that'll come naturally once you beat the game).

Spoilers on the nature of the dungeon:
There are no battles in it.

Then why is it so great?

Damn if that is playtime.

It is.

I didn't want to make a thread for this... But does anyone know if best buy will sell it today or are they strict on selling on street date

QUICK QUESTION that's probably been answered a few pages back, as I blur my eyes to avoid spoilers:

If I try to set the game's audio to Japanese, will it subtitle all the party banter and barks during battle? Or will I miss a couple quirks along the way?

As someone in my early-to-mid-30s my life hasn't changed a huge amount since this game was revealed, and yet it still feels like a long time ago.

I can barely imagine what it must be like for someone who is 22 now, starting out on a career, and who was looking forward to this game since they were a 12 year old kid. Now THAT would be some series of life changes.

Sell all treasures?

They can be combined with magic for different effects, certain ones for example add EXP boost to your magic such as rare coins or debased banknotes, may not want to sell those

edit: Also if you do hunts (and certain side quests) regularly you probably won't have a gil problem. I've been able to buy everything I want without having to sell a single item in my playthrough

Excited for this but also really worried from what I read in a lot of reviews. Especially with regards to the story, the main reason I play these games.

Still hard to believe the day is finally here.

Yep. It subtitled everything.

Played for a couple of hours. It's pretty neat!

So, opinion on the story? From what I'm reading from reviews and other impressions it's basically a nonsense clusterfuck. I'll still get it if the battle system is good and the gameplay loop is satisfying though.

Hearing it's messy and uneven but that it really comes together by the end.

Can't decide. During my hype countdown to midnight, should I watch Kingsglaive first, or Brotherhood? I've seen them both, I just mean for this run.

On one hand, Kingsglaive will be the more exciting lead-in. But, it's also almost entirely devoid of the bros and their part of the story.

What's the best order leading up to the game?

From what I've read, it's not really convoluted and confusing as much as it is unfocused. But, what they develop from the very beginning of the game comes together at the end.
