I've had to quit two dungeons because I've gotten lost or had to backtrack a considerable amount. They need a better map system for these places.
Where can you do that?
Quick Chapter 3 plot question:
At the start of the game, we're on a road-trip to a different city to pick up Lunafreya, right? But then everyone starts acting as though she was in Insomnia during the attack and is now missing presumed dead. How could she be in Insomnia when it was attacked if we're going on a road-trip to meet her somewhere else? Have I missed something?
Haha, so I took some time out to go to Crestholm Channels, and was having an incredibly tough time fighting theNagarani with all its status effects. Well, turns out that Ring of the Lucii came in very handy.
I have a feeling I'm kind of overleveled. I'm on Chapter 3 and at level 23.
I just finished chapter 3 and is lvl 25, and I feel like I am really underlevelled when I read posts on here.I have a feeling I'm kind of overleveled. I'm on Chapter 3 and at level 23.

So how long is this chapter13
I don't know why I put that in spoiler tags
I try not to do thatMan comparing the side quest in this game and Witcher 3 is night and day. Might just focus on the main quest from now on.
Noctis and the gang knows Lunafreya is on her way to Altissia. It is the general public who thinks Luna and Noctis are dead.
Why is the sprint button greyed out when riding chokobo. I was able to sprint before
You get access to this hotel in Chapter 9
I must have jumped a hundred times before hopping on a chocobo, pushing a button or opening a door. I will definitely try this out.

I try not to do that
No game compares to Witcher 3 when it comes to side quests. So it doesn't bother me at all.

I somehow missed it, thanks.
So the block and party system. When do I press the block button? As soon as I see the prompt? Because I'm trying that and still not blocking in a lot of instances. Now I just spam th block botton and I usually roll out of the way or sometimes I get the block and parry.
You hold it when you see the prompt. And you just keep holding it letting the game auto-design until the counter prompt appears.
Think of them as two states. Attack state and defensive state. Hold down buttons to switch between them.
Once you get used to the automation you can play around with it. You don't need to always rely on it as you can warp and manually dodge, but it is necessary to make use of it at times.
The sidequests are so bad that writing down positive stuff about them gave you a stroke at the end.

They're just really basic.
Whole section felt more like throwback to Parasite Eve than anything else to me, and that's not at all bad in my book.
So about a late-game summon:Shiva doesn't snap her fingers during her ulti!? Literally unplayable, 0/10, preorder cancelled.
Ignis, if you have nothing interesting to say, don't say it at all. If I hear "indeed" one more time...

Lol.
At least I'm happy in my delusion!
You're the King sois there any way to stop my true health from reducing? I keep running out of elixirs in dungeons. Also I juts finished Chapter 4 and can anyone explainI'm enjoying the game but this is easily the worst delivery of narrative in FF games in a long time. I watched Kingsglaive beforehand too.why I had to go to the titan. Yeah I get the headaches but I get there, he attacks me and then there is a flashback to Luna and thats it. What was the point of all that.
At this place now... i hate it. Literally contemplated stopping and never returning to it.This is my first post in the OT but I'm Chapterand it just keeps going and going.13
Why would someone do this to their players? Why would anyone do this to anyone?
Anyway, I have so much to say about this game. It is the very definition of a mixed bag. Despite that, and my cynicism, I have been enjoying it quite a bit more than I expected to.
Is it "good"? No.
Is it "fun"? Mostly!
Because chocobo sprint is now square because... reasons.
Yeh, but the movement and combat are actually fun so it really does even out.
I love W3. If it's combat was as good as XV's and Roach was a chocobo... I don't know if one game could hold so much awesome.
I've tried to play The Witcher 3 multiple times now, but movement/combat feel so gross to me that I just can't get into it. Complete opposite with FFXV, though.
