To add to that, you can also combine
elements with Zu Beak to get those same limit break spells.
I really hate the imperial ambushes in this game.
Starting to get very annoying.
Usually you just get the magitek soldiers and they are manageable but every now and then this machine comes out, don't know it's name, but the fucker is high levelled and one shots me. What the fuck....

Ultimate target for endgame plan. I was talking about fishing once in a while in every spot. If I were to find a new one, I'd like to fish right away, not waiting for the best fishing gear on the later chapters.
Ha. The only positive I can say is it really makes me appreciate VI because this is all so shallow and meaningless.

I know I'm being glib but that is literally how the story has played out for me. Like I said, I actually like the game, just kind of wish it just never bothered having a story (even though story is my favourite aspect of an RPG).
This game is begging for a survival mode (no fast travel, no save anywhere, food as a necessity, etc...).
Im really surprised they didn't implement a system like that. Here's hoping it will show up in the DLC.
Also are there any good combat guides...Im level 60 and in the post game and I still feel like I have no idea what im doing in some fights, particularly fights with all flying enemies (wasps).

Since 12 is the only 3d final fantasy i finished.

The japanese players were telling them the duscae demo was to hard lol.
But yes i absolutely agree with you, i want a hard mode.
hmm...not sure I would say it is at all like 12. Actually I wish it had the gambit system where you could program your allies.
FFXV's combat is good but not as fun as FFXII's.
I disagree on that. XII's combat bored me to sleep, while I always feel super engaged with XV's.
But to each it's own.
eh...I didnt think it was that bad, but then again I was expecting the worst after all the comments here.
It wasn't great but it was a nice change of pace that went on a bit longer than it should have.
Heh I'm on other side of the fence. I didn't like XII combat I always thought it was boring and gambits make the game far too automated. XV is far better for me.

Yup hunts are in and you get alot of freedom, have fun!
The hunts in 12 are much better simply because you can accept more than 1 at a time.

You're literally oversimplifying everything. You can do that with every single story. If you didn't pay attention, that's your own fault. Sure, not everything is explained, but a lot is.

Finished it. Probably the biggest dissapointment I've had in a game for a long long time. The storytelling is a disaster.
35hs, 25 of those were all side quest. This falls just to Final Fantasy II tier.
Nice ending though.

For some reason, i feel like the gaming community at large has kind of ignored how ridiculously good everything animates in this game.
Just watching how everything's individual muscle groups jiggle makes me so happy. The 60 FPS maxed out PC version of this game is going to be amazing.

Add some gaussian blur and lower resolution to the gif and thats what the xbox one version looks like.

I am in Chapter 5 playing on PS4 Pro and I just statred getting red flashes flickering on parts of the screen. Seems like a graphics bug. Anybody else had this?

I finished my first sealed dungeon earlier, the lowest level one, it was fine. I'm max level so I was clearly over powered. I hope there is some visual variety in the others but I'm not getting my hopes up. Also, I didn't like that in the dungeon

There were dead ends. They were short and didn't waste much time but if I'm going on a grinding quest I don't want to have to resort to guess work to get the right path. Especially where all of the rooms look the same and it's hard to tell where I've been.

God the future is glorious for mobile users watching this lol. It looks so bullshotty due to how clean it is on a smaller screen such as my phone
The animations in this game are absolutely the best this generation. I love how smooth the interactions and motions look.

This game is fucking good and I'm happy that it seems to be raising in popularity. I think once the dust has settle FFXV will be considered one of the best FFs of all time, possibly top 3. I have rarely seen a game fuck up so many things and end up so good and fun.
