Fair enough but that's what he meant by rainbow colours basically. Battlefield normally takes itself a little more seriously.Looks quite funny to me.
Also, inevitable when all GaaS games are played by kids who love micro transactions.
Now I get it, isn't it just DLC to ignore though or am I misunderstanding?Fair enough but that's what he meant by rainbow colours basically. Battlefield normally takes itself a little more seriously.
You can not buy it but you can't stop others from buying and using these so you will see them regardless. Now I get it, isn't it just DLC to ignore though or am I misunderstanding?
Aha, gotcha. You can not buy it but you can't stop others from buying and using these so you will see them regardless.
They are both pretty poor. Play Counter Strike if you want a real shooter.
Imagine MS buying COD for 70 billion and running the biggest gaming IP to the ground. That would be…an achievement.
Maybe, but....I think this guy is severely underestimating how badly the Battlefield brand was damaged by BFV and 2042.
There's also all the regular folks who will be deciding whether to buy COD 2025 or just continue to play COD 2024 if the previews look bad.
To actually make money. Why would they backtrack on any of that?
Former Blizzard president predicts Battlefield 6 is going to 'boot stomp' Black Ops 7 because Call of Duty has become 'lazy'
2042 had good beta numbers but BF6 is much largerIts also worth remembering that 2042 also had huge beta results, and had a ton of hype behind it , and that downright flopped by Battlefield standards, even when comparing to 1 and V.
Still i feel this is Battlefields best chance to beat COD but in the long run i very much doubt it will, sales wise anyway.
Oh i know 6 is bigger but those were good results for a beta back then with 2042. Some actual fully released AAA games would love to get 100k CC, nevermind a beta.2042 had good beta numbers but BF6 is much larger

COD was doing this before anyone else though, it's really after fortnite that people started paying attention to it and now say COD wants to be like fortnite when it's the other way around; COD had wacky weird skins all the way back in 2014, fornite just saw they were making money with this and jumped on.Also, inevitable when all GaaS games are played by kids who love micro transactions.
You know who I feel is is the smartest person here? Bobby Kotick.Outselling Call of Duty Globally isn't that unusual.
Hogwarts and Black Myth Wukong already did. Elden Ring would have outsold Vanguard had it released in the same year. Battlefield 6 could easily outsell it this year.
Call of Duty's popularity peak was 2009 to 2012 it was even more popular GTA. (popularity peak not revenue or profit) it's been in a very slow decline ever since. Modern Warfare 2019 and warzone gave them a shot in the arm but I think the trend is irreversible.
