And FP2 results are exactly why it's a shame Fernando is sidelined for at least this weekend
Looking close at the top. Less than two seconds between Mercedes and the rest.
WHAT IS GOING ON. THE MCLAREN IS 3RD
I heard that Vettel went off the track again.
If you call Ferrari sandbagging = grinding to a halt broken down, then yes.

If we had team radio working like last year we would have known that Vettel's wheel nut was not tightened correctly.
That would have been a safety issue. They'd have been able to tell him.
Sorry for being entirely late to this, but just heard they're using the new qualifying format again?! The hell? Wasn't there overnight agreement to scrap it last Saturday? Ahahaha, the rules process is so broken. Was this the sort of situation where because one troll on the committee wanted to keep it, they had to? Though to a degree I blame the teams for agreeing to anything so misguided in the first place.
Which should pretty much tell you how meaningless times in FP's are.
Hm, should be reserved for next year when things start out truly bleak. ...Bleak-er?Formula 1 2016 Season |OT| Make F1 great again.

Formula 1 2016 Season |OT| Friendship ended with F1. Now WEC is my best friend.
At least we're getting a Bernie interview by EJ this weekend.
Wheel nut was gone on rear left and wheel got loose.Edit:

I also hate it when every ad break has the same adverts. US TV seems notorious for that.

https://twitter.com/tgruener/status/715993927401226240Magnussen failed to stop at FIA scale. Has to start Bahrain race from pitlane. #AMuS #F1
https://twitter.com/tgruener/status/715995009804320773Ferrari got a turbo problem: Cant use full power the whole straight. Solution probably not ready before Spain. AMuS: https://t.co/HFcCt7l7XH
On the bright side, AMuS says the issue is costing Ferrari about 0.5s per lap which means they'd definitely give the Mercs a run for their money.
Thought no one was gonna say it.Which should pretty much tell you how meaningless times in FP's are.
Alonso was right after all.
