anyway,the sound in the le man video is eargasmic. The wind sounds make everything sound so much more violent. Also le mans looks incredible, the trees, the lightning, everything. Now I want nurburgring even more.

haha I like you, its like we think alike... i wanted to check the valves sound initially, but after trying with my headphones, I'd put on full-on power stereo and subwoofer. hehe everything has been trembling here for some time
its fantastic the aerodynamic throbbing sounds in hood view (lucky me my fav. view hehe), very realistic as you pass the trees in excess of 200km (although in reality your ears blow too much if it was your head instead of a camera, so this is perfect), but also inside cabin you also get great air, plus extra throb from tires and some subtle metalic clinging

It looks bad enough in a normal street car but utterly, utterly ridiculous in an F1 car on the much smaller steering wheel.
It's like the driver is receiving an electric shock every time he shifts. And how silly is it going to look when he's shifting down six gears in a couple of seconds?
The pre-race pit crew animations are all nice and subtle, so why the overacting jazz hands in the cockpit?

No MC12 Corsa means that means the only GT1 car from ~2006 is the Aston. They should have dropped that one as well if they weren't going to bother with the other two.

I've got 2 bass shakers mounted to the underside of my couch. I pray that the ".1" of the "7.1" audio is up to snuff in this game. It was virtually non-existent in previous Forzas.

Guys, I've been waking up in cold sweats at the thought of there not being a Zonda R in FM5. There's a hole inside that no amount of alcohol has been able to fill, and the world has lost a bit of luster since that launch-day car list was finalized.
Hopefully, they'll be able to upgrade it to Revolución spec, but until then I'll try and find a way to fight through the pain.

I should explain the aussie car situation. Best is, if we compare it to a woman.
First you got to check the import things.
We re now missing to many italian cars, which are like a nice sexy ass you d like to grimd your teeth in. 2nd comes the boobs which are rendered by german cars. We re missing a lot of them. So more importance here.
Next is race cars. They are the eyes. You know, these women eyes that got you and grind deep into your body... Like dtm, gts, gt2, lmp2 & 1... We need a lot of that stuff
And hands are important. They touch you very often. They do daily business with you and they can be very, very pleasant. These are like the french and british cars. We want them!
What about americans? Yeah they re the muscles. Not like the majority of people over there, we d like a nice body with a lot of curves and the hint of muslces.
Oh we miss so many japanese cars. Look, a woman without a vagina is like a racing game without japanese cars. You dont care about the looks, they re here to do a good job. Thats what they re for..

Same here.
Everybody else can follow the line and minimize 1080p @ 60fps, but Turn 10 should revel in it.
Unfortunately, tuning and upgrades and to a certain extent customization is the same as Forza 4 according to Greenawalt.
An absolute shame to say the least..

Yeah some of the shots look terrific, we could be in for some gorgeous replays with that IQ if they get the camera angles right.

Why is the P1 so damn awesome.
I hope a lot of the work they say they put into the standards for each track include deliberately planned-out replay camera angles. Preferably based on actual broadcast locations. Some tracks have definitely gotten the short end of the stick on that in the past.

If they emulate the fly-over F1 camera on Silverstone that cover the straight before the old start/finish and old penultimate corner(s), shit will be so cash.

Yeah I was just in the Assetto Corsa thread and there's a camera that points down the track and it just holds the same angle for what seems like forever as the car approaches. Looked fantastic.
