That's more like it. I would've died if I had to use the paddle shifts and stock pedals.
I hope there's a way we can use existing pedals and shifters at least...
Only Audis are allowed on the Top Gear Test Track, apparently.

Got a soft spot for the Fanatec shifter but would happily upgrade it, shame I may never get the CSS.

About laser scanning

"We scanned the entire track and it goes down to sub-6mm accuracy, so it picks up little divots in the road surface, it picks up all sorts of details." The two add-on wheels are very nice. They're the only two things that aren't proprietary. They're add-ons for the T500, and are on sale and in use now. US Amazon prices - $133 and $163.
The shifter looks like a cheaper TH8RS, so hopefully they can get that down to $100. Pedals I would think would be about the same. Who knows though, that Microsoft tax is stiff!

That wheel is expensive but is miles better than G25 or G27.
for this to be perfect, the "5" needs to be part of a 500euro bill (1x 500 xbone, 1x 500 wheel etc) and the little forza 5 wings need to flap a little

Thinking about the pic has just reminded me I'm still pining for a full track list to see what older tracks have made it in, but arnt we all waiting for a track list :/
Thought I would have learnt my lesson with F3 and F4 about getting hyped for the game, the lack of official media is atrocious and actually goes past of refreshing the thread every hour to why do I bother when I know there ain't gonna be anything (minus this week of course, I'm moaning a bit late)

eso probably means the pics 1,2, where there is visible sun in 1 but not in 2, pov being same-ish.
IF its that, what he didnt see is that the lens flare in both pics seems to come from the same-sih direction.

Will do man, you helped out a lot with the Horizon OT. And don't worry too much, for some reason there is a new "witchhunt" mentality on people who do OTs. They keep this up and nobody will want to do them anymore.
