24 modern F1 cars in multiplayer, is that what I'm supposed to believe? No way this can be true! I'm slightly light headed just by the idea.

I sure hope there isn't some crap like having 16 players but also 8 AI cars or something of the sort.

There's going to be a few nice features announced this week..:)

I know..! At least TWO of them are gonna blow people's socks off. Can't wait for info to hit the mainstream. Jaws will drop, stiffies will burst forth from y-fronts, spirals of cheese will coil from nipples and bowels will slacken.

Fasten your motherfucking seatbelts and hold on tight, people!

Damn, feels good to be on the inside.

I don't know about spirals of cheese coiling from nipples but one of those features will definetly cause stiffies to burst from y-fronts....at least it will for me..

Are you talking mainstream level or hardcore level people getting excited.

Is it something for the masses or just some random rare model being in the game.

January to March sounds like a pretty short DLC release schedule, but nice to see the LaFerrari confirmed.

http://news.xbox.com/2013/11/games-forza-motorsport-5-car-pass-and-laferrari-car-pack-announcement
"Forza Motorsport" has been the foremost racing video game franchise in its support and development of post-release content, delivering new cars months before they hit showrooms, and continuing to add automotive icons sought after by fans around the world.

The tradition will continue on Xbox One with “Forza Motorsport 5” Car Packs to be released on a monthly basis following the launch of “Forza Motorsport 5”. For the first time ever, every vehicle will be available in Forzavista mode; allowing players to explore every inch of each car… inside and out.

Each “Forza Motorsport” Car Pack will include ten individual cars, with the first pack arriving on Friday, November 22, and subsequent packs available the first week of every month, beginning January through March 2014. Fans of specific makes and models may choose to purchase individual cars, a la carte, while devout fans may opt for the “Forza Motorsport 5” Car Pass. The “Forza Motorsport 5” Car Pass is for the racing fan looking for the ultimate driving experience, and gives full access to the first six “Forza Motorsport 5” Car Packs for $49.99, at a savings of 18% versus purchasing individually.

The LaFerrari Car Pack, available on launch day for Xbox One and “Forza Motorsport 5,” is the first opportunity for fans around the world to enter the cockpit of Ferrari’s long-awaited new hypercar. Powered by an innovative 950-hp hybrid engine and limited to 499 global production units, when released, the LaFerrari will be one of the fastest and rarest cars in the world, and “Forza” fans will get the unique chance to drive the digital experience before anyone else.

In addition to the LaFerrari, the pack will include nine additional cars, details of which will be unveiled by the “Forza” team soon. More information regarding the “Forza Motorsport 5” LaFerrari Car Pack will be shared on Nov. 18, 2013. Stay tuned to ForzaMotorsport.net for all news.

Few more bits from FM.net, including confirmation that painting, tuning, livery stuff all happens in ForzaVista.

Also confirms full car list this Wednesday.

http://forzamotorsport.net/en-US/news/Forza_Motorsport_5_Car_Pass
Every add-on car will feature a full Forzavista experience; walk around the car, check out the interior, start up and rev the engine, learn about the car’s history and performance statistics; you can even add a new livery design, change the paint color, or tune your car all from the same Forzavista experience.

Look for more details on the LaFerrari and the LaFerrari Car Pack for Forza Motorsport 5 in the near future. In the meantime, look for our next update of the Forza Motorsport 5 Showroom this coming Wednesday, November 6, featuring a complete list of all the cars that will be playable in Forza 5 upon the game’s release on November 22.

If it were really a big upgrade this wouldn't be an issue. It would be very obvious.

Instead what we have seen looks virtually no better at all. Well, except the Prague stuff from months ago. But I think we're supposed to not point out that elephant in the room.

And Forza 5 doesn't look like this in a race, either:

Not sure how that's entirely relevant.

I think you're high.. And or haven't played FM4, FM5 looks exceptionally better..

Beautiful car, I have like a dozen of photos I took at Geneva this year and a full video of it spinning on Ferrari's booth.

Thats alot of day 1 dlc anyone know how many cars per pack and how much per pack not keen on the season pass love the new Farrari

Best car. Worst name. Not because it's bad, but because it's prematurely "ultimate"

The name of its inevitable successor ought to be interesting: The Ferrari 2: LaFerrarier.

Amazing piece of kit, though, and surprisingly beautiful. Some give it grief for aping the styling of a lesser model in looking like a steroidal 458, but they could have done a lot worse than take a page from the 288 GTO's playbook.

So Nordschleife in January?

It better be laser scanned to the moon and back if I'm paying for it this time.

hmmm sometimes I'm thinking I'm not on the same page with some of you..

LINK PLEASE?
:D
ok I found, its the dude I quoted the other day from forzacentral..
From the EVO magazine:

""...Connect the Xbox One to the internet and you'll also be able to get all the very latest content - further new tracks and new cars - as soon as it's available. And in January, that will include arguably the most challenging circuit on the planet - the Nurburgring Nordschleife. Well known to evo readers, the Ring has become the ultimate performance benchmark, a lap time the supreme arbiter of a supercar's talents. From January, you'll be able to compare your times with the test drivers from McLaren, Pagani and all the others..."
hmmmm ok

we have the info that there will be a CAR-pass, for 50 bucks
and we have the information that we will get the ring we all wanted, in JANUARY.

since the 50 dollar pass (like the 5 dollar shake back in pulp fiction) actually describes itself as "CAR"
this can only mean that the tracks, or at least the proper ring, will be free download.
OR
it could mean, that t10 is ready to test its luck even with its best fans...

Now I wonder if there is going to be a Track Pass, as well...

Here you go. Basically, we get the Nordschleife in January and we'll get times from official test drivers of several brands. I suppose it will be either part of rival events or through Drivatar.
Hopefully it'll be a pack with laserscanned Nordschleife, the GP tracks and the multiple ribbons associated with both.
