Check under "My Library" and not "Purchases" since you technically didn't purchase anything by redeeming a code.

Digital games, when redeemed or purchased on your account, opens them for both console and PC, as the license on one works for both. So yes, it should.

Rest assured your order qualifies for the code and should be receiving it on the e-mail address on file that we have for you. However, codes has not been released yet by Nvidia. You should be receiving your codes immediately once the game releases. We will keep you posted on release date and appreciate your patience on this matter.

I'd probably pressure them some more because codes absolutely have been released and you shouldn't need to wait until release. Maybe give a few days because Best Buy might not have the promo set quite yet.

Most places won't refund GPUs, they'll just replace. Others will likely deduct the value.

Not to mention it's a 300-700 dollar item we're talking about. You'd be tanking your account most places doing that.

Sorry. It's too late. I already sold the other code. It's a PlayAnywhere title so you get both platforms (X1 and PC) by default. It is tied to your microsoft account.

Places that allow refunds on purchases like video cards typically require a restocking fee of 15% (or 20% for some places). For the 1070, that would be like $67 and a 1080 would $97. Instead, you can just buy a key off Ebay for $30-40.

You can assume that MS games will have preload. They took the preorder/preload system and applied it to the Windows Store before the merge. Preorder/preload will be a normal thing.

I just searched gears of war 4 pc. And sorted by newest. When I ordered the seller still had 4 left. And I can confirm the seller is legit as I already redeemed my code.

If you're within your 30 days return period, just threaten that you'll return it and buy it again. They will usually honor it then because it's cheaper for them than eating a returned item.

'Now' is right if you're looking to get $40. The longer you wait, the more the value of the Gears codes will drop.
