9% reporting, Ossoff is at 57.82%.
Not a good look
9% reporting, Ossoff is at 57.82%.
Surely that's already looking too close for him to win majority....
Flashbacks of the election results party at my school, lol.
Both Perez and Ellison ran on it. So yes, unless he wants to piss off 100% of the people who voted for either him or Ellison, yes, he'll have a plan to get the 50-state strategy in place.
Dat 2016 condescension. If anything you're consistent, which I appreciate. BTW I DO know that Perez has one. I bet you didn't watch the Perez/Bernie Unity stream last night, huh.
If Ossoff doesn't win, I will be very disappointed. I will probably contact various maritime antique brokers and collectors of vintage naval equipment to procure a surviving pirate canon salvaged from the Caribbean sea floor. I will painstakingly restore the barrel, spend a fortune recreating its original mounting, and learn how to properly load and fire the device in a way that preserves the gun.
I will then load it with gunpowder, stamp it down with the prod, light the fuse, and stick my stupid head inside. So long, head.
So if he gets over 50% he wins the district? What if the top two are Republicans? Are there other Dems running too?It is a jungle. 17 people running, top two go to the Showcase Showdown if no majority.
Yup, not even Hillary won this district.Yall do know him winning outright was always going to be a shot to the wind. Like it's possible. but isn't this a R district?
Down to 56.7.... this is going to be close
It can still bounce the other way, surely.
Yes. If he gets 49% he has to run in another election against they next top vote getter (would be a republican)So if he gets over 50% he wins the district? What if the top two are Republicans? Are there other Dems running too?
Another thing that sucks if he doesn't win tonight, we get to hear Trump gloat about this and say he saved a seat. Ugh.
Shoot me now.
CNN has it at 38% counted and Oss at 60%?20% reporting
It can still bounce the other way, surely.
CNN says he is still at 60% with 38% of the vote in.
Cool, now I'll have to read more misspelled tweets from a man who, despite everything, keeps winning
I'll never again believe the US is a meritocracy. Just a reward system for harnessing hatred
CNN is behind. Check the Georgia Secretary of State site or New York TimesCNN says he is still at 60% with 38% of the vote in.
My poor heart. Fuck. I'm going to watch YT videos and eat ice cream. Feels like we lost already.Christ this is nerve-racking

Step away from the results and do anything else for a while.
Your brain will thank you.

57.8 % ossoff at 45% reporting
NYT is more accurate
56.7% @ 20% reporting
People need some perspective, Romney beat Obama in this district by over 20%
