I actually read that manga after a friend forced me to do it. The premise is INCREDIBLE. But again, at some points it gets too anime. And those stupid twins, man. Screw them.

Attack on Titan is a great premise but the manga is bad from the word go and only gets worse as it goes. The author has no sense of pacing or proper plotting.

I found it to be too random at first but a few episodes in, the pace and tone made sense. In the end I felt that it worked. It isn't the second coming like people made it out to be but I enjoyed it.
