That massive thread by Mama Robotnik on the Kain series and this sale made it impossible for me to resist completing my collection of these games on PC.

interested on EVOLAND but steam decided to put the game on sale, steam or gog thats the question :S
How are the games in the RPG Rarities Bundle?
Do you hate freedom? If you do then buy it on Steam.

FTL at least!
Is there a way to register it on Steam? Kinda like what they did with UNepic.
Strictly speaking, it's only *really* complete if you've got Blood Omen knocking around
(And then there's the matter of making it *run*...)

I wonder if that game will ever come to GOG. hopefully it does so we have the whole available for purchase in one place.
Buy Anachronox

That Dyad price is amazing! I paid fulll price for it and it was worth it though.
I've never played any of the games in the Definitive Dungeons and Dragons bundle, but I was thinking of picking up the pack and trying them out.
Do you guys think they would hold up today to someone who has never played them??
I tried this with the D&D bundle a few days back. The gift code was for the entire bundle, you won't get codes for each game.i bought chaos on deponia as a steam daily a week or two ago. if i wanted to buy the bundle i can "gift" the entire order to a different email address and just redeem every game except that one, correct? then give that game away?
or is the "gift order" all the games bundled?
Yes, yes and yes.I've never played any of the games in the Definitive Dungeons and Dragons bundle, but I was thinking of picking up the pack and trying them out.

It's been a few years since my last playthrough, but you'll probably want to download the unofficial patch (3, I think -- combines the 3-4 old patches and has a few "new" changes"). It's very risky to play without it with the disc version. Haven't tried the GOG release yet. Anyone know if they incorporated the fixes?Done. I have a disc copy somewhere, but I can't find it, and I never really got a chance to play it all those years ago. Here's my excuse to finally sit down with it.
Before I pull the trigger on Wing Commander IV, is there a WC game more well-suited to a genre beginner that I should buy instead?
If you're into a more adventure-y Elite-esque experience rather than pure missions, you may wish to consider Privateer.
I was looking at Privateer. WCIII is outselling IV, too.
"pure missions" - is the continuing narrative in WCIV limited?
I'm still leaning towards WCIV on the grounds that it looks cool. I guess what I should be asking is, is there any reason IV shouldn't be my first space sim?
Any listings of past dailies? A little LTTP, so I'd like to know what to give up on.
*pant* *pant* Updated the first post. I'm gonna save the code to a Google Doc, there's no way I'm going to be doing that again any time soon. 46 daily deals, for Pete's sake (although, as previously noted, this will probably be the entirety of this sale's daily deals, for fill yer boots now).
