I'm still pretty new here. I'll let one of the regulars do it, if they think its a worthwhile concept.
Earlier I accidentally turned on the Rebel Radio and there was some song ending that I didn't like, but I wondered what song would play next and I actually loved it, lol...
I was driving on a truck around the highway from Sandy the north of Los Santos to Sandy Shores and then the next town, and had another two trucks right in front of me (assume they showed up because I was driving one too).
The song that came up was "Convoy". It was the first time I heard it and while I'm definitely not a fan of this kind of music, but I liked this song's chorus and the radio chit-chat, and the whole mood fit so perfectly while driving slowly with the sunset on the background...

Doesn't it have an "Opening Soon" sign or something? Maybe it is being added when online comes out? Another feature to add and another way for people to lose money they buy back through in-game purchases.

Sometimes I wish there was a better vehicle management system. I was playing the game and while driving in the highway I saw like 10 car carriers. Why can't we use those trucks to transport our cars? I want to be able to transport my entire garage from downtown los santos to Blaine county to use the free ls customs I purchased and bring them back. Why can't I use the cargoBob to transport my cars? At least 2 cars should fit in there. Then there's the cargo plane that I can't even use. I want to be able to buy a mansion in Blaine county and fly in my cars from ls international airport. Then there's the train, the containers at the docks and the crane. I want to be able to drive into a container, load up the container on the train, and drive the train to my desired location or even load the container on a barge and transport it. So many missed opportunities. We should be able to put the boat on the trailer rack and pull it out of the water with a truck. Then again I think it's a limitation with their current physics engine cos it gets funky when you put one vehicle on or in another vehicle. Maybe in GTA6. One can hope.
Nope, although it is certainly better than most of the heist missions.

Same here. So far in my life time, the only country music I've ever actually enjoyed is Lucille by Kenny Rogers, back when I was a little kid... the Byrds album Sweetheart of the Rodeo, which I accidentally discovered a few years ago... and now a few songs on Rebel Radio, my favorite far and away being It Won't Be Long by Johnny Paycheck.
All these years, I thought the song Convoy was a joke made up by the Simpsons writers. One of the most godawful songs I've heard in ages.
Just submitted a ticket on Rockstar Support about the whole traffic spawning issue. Really tired of seeing way too many SUVs or Jeeps on the road. More people seem to be having the same issue.

According to the character selection wheel, there should be two missions available for Franklin. One is Lester, but I can't find the other one.
I don't have 100% of the map revealed, but I'm only missing a few small spots (e.g. tops of some mountains, islands, parts of the coast). I presume the mission is in one of the unrevealed areas?

This would be fantastic.
So what are the chances that a title update rolls around with the online portion? I know a few things that I, and many others, would like to see fixed. These are my top three:
-Make garages work properly. This is the big one.
-Give players more chances to make money.
-Resolve the issue of there being a limited number of different cars on the road when near completion of the story.

Bought the heliport so I was looking for a good chopper to keep there and, holy hell, compared to the severe response you get breaking into the army base the military facility just east of LS is ridiculously easy to infiltrate and steal the best chopper in the game.
TIL there is another military facility in the game. I'll definitely go check it out.

Just started the game. Anyone know if I can change email response type when responding to Tanisha? I tried several buttons to no avail.
All of that would be ace. I don't have any problems beyond that.
There is that cloning glitch that some people have gotten. I don't think I'd like to run into two Michaels or duplicates of his family.

You could do it in IV at least. Cant remember if its possible in the previous gen games.

I seem to have a phantom mission for Franklin at times too. Literally the only speck of green on the map will be his garage, so I have no idea where those missions unless it's possible that missions won't show up on the map if they take place in uncharted territories?
those are pretty much the numbers you want with the exception of redwood which goes up to 300% after hitting rock bottom after your mission with them. I don't think a lot of people know to invest in redwood after screwing them over. Also vapid goes up to 100, but for a very brief period Michael got 147% return.
Someone in either this thread or the old one pointed out that there can be a Tonya mission (tow truck) activated by calling her on the phone after it seems you're done doing them. No prompts or anything, it's just in there. That was the one bugging me at least. Thanks GAF.

Dom's final mission, which is only available after completing all parachute jumps.
I don't think so, cause I don't have a phantom mission and I didn't even know about that.

Anyone else having problems with side-missions/other items being completed, but not being picked up by the Social Club?
I am going for 100% completion (I do this on all GTA games) - and have completed the Freeway Race Gold x2, never shows up as completed. Also stupid things like I watched a bunch of TV shows - but it shows that I have not watched TV.
Just wondering if there is a known issue (beyond the app), and if so, is there a work-around?

Anyway after many deaths involving attempting to steal a parked car in the middle of a police chase only for the police to shoot me through the window before the car even starts, I've come up with an idea for a new gameplay mechanic for GTA 6. The ability to duck when in a car. Assign this to the left d-pad. Detonating sticky bombs can easily be assigned to something else. Just tap the button to toggle ducking on and off. While ducking no shots at your car will hit you. Here's the catch. When ducking the camera changes to a first person view. You'll see exactly what your character sees. The inside of your car. You'll be able to see basically nothing of what's outside your car, just as you would if you ducked inside your car in real life.
So the benefit of using this feature is that you can't hurt from gunshots at your car. Situations such as starting a parked car would be less frustrating and if you're being overwhelmed with gunfire this is a good option to have, but at the same time this isn't something you'll be able to abuse because the camera angle will make it hard for you to see where you're going.
This feature also has obvious benefits when it comes to stealth and hiding from the cops. Got a wanted level? Get out of their line of sight and get in a parked car without the police seeing you. Duck so nobody can see you and watch the police just drive right past. It provides better hiding opporunities. It also gives the opportunity to add another dynamic when it comes to how the police search. Be careful about how smartly you use this feature, because police are capable of walking up to a car and taking a little look inside to see if you're hiding there. Maybe they won't do this every time and they've got their typical search radius, so there's benefits to using this feature but if you're too obvious about the car you're hiding in then you can be found.
Also this feature just has some random fun opprtunities. It's essentially a blind driving mode and I'd imagine it would be very fun to just attempt to drive around with this camera angle and see what happens. I can see lots of hilarious moments coming from messing around with this feature.
So yeah, what do you guys think about this feature?
If you can find a helicopter and fly above the desert area you should spot it very easily. It's a good tactic to follow with most of Trevor's bail bonds missions. You could also just look on the map that came in the box, the quarry's road network is very easy to spot.
