I've thought quite a bit about how the story approaches women, and I think really it's just an extension of the juvenile and lazy satire present.
The game has occasional throw away lines or outlying characters which have positive things to say about females or homosexuality, and there's some moments that really work and are absolutely hilarious, so I don't think it's fair to write the whole package off as Bro-paganda.
However, a larger portion of the game - most especially anything having to do with relationships, mental health, branding, advertisements - is otherwise filled with jokes and attitudes that seem like what a 15 year old who just discovered Reddit and who cites The Hangover Part 2 as his favorite movie thinks is what it is like to be an adult.
The game just seems to more fully embrace adolescent misanthropy than misogyny.
