Its not like most MMO's out there, have you ever tried exploring the world? i dont mean just getting PoI vistas and waypoints. I mean doing hearts, seeing even chains to the end, trying to go into every corner, looking around, goofing, pressing F everywhere, reading the dialogs.

its not just some skin where you kill things and do quests for exp and money. its a big huge world full of stuff to see and to mess around.

have you listened to the chicken song? swam with the quaggan babies? have you tried to play pianno in ebonhawke? have you drinked booze with the belchor masters? played the keg braw and the other games? chilled in the tourist area of southsum? HAVE YOU EVER LIVED TYRIA ONCE FOR YOUR LIFE? HAVE YOU DUDE?

if you ask for expansions, you have not.

even more, if you are asking them to stop giving content for free, and start charging for content, you have some loose screws right there. no offense, but free > paid if quality stills the same.

Retro I'm just joking about the whole "courage to put these ideas out there" because you did so after I said all fan proposals are bad. And I include myself; I can't work out satisfactory details for a ranger druid staff.

My vote for a new class of weapon would be flails. It's got diversity of design (leather, metal, organic, magical), sufficient classes to justify thematically (warrior, guardian, thief, ranger, mesmer, necro), variable ranges, and could be main or off-hand.

I don't know how that would be really different from a Mace though. I mean, if you are whipping around one, why not just ad whips? Some NPCs already use them, after all.

I see it as one weapon inclusive of whips and flails as different skins.

Not only do I want to see vines around waypoints to disable them temporarily, I want to see events that require players it move from one distant zone to another as fast as possible to save/do something, like a big race or trek.

I just want to say that the event team has been doing a fuckawesome job at creating new interesting events in Dry Top, and if the next update brings even more, we're in for a wild ride.

i'm not sure how that would work with the zones all being more or less disconnected from each other. All separate instances, perhaps even on separate servers.

Now, running from one side of a zone to another, that could work. Sounds a lot like the centaur world boss chain though.

So yeah my luck has been in today I said dayum! I bought the Zephyrite bundle from the TP which brought with it 15 BL keys among other things. I opened 15 chests and got one WHOLE ticket, and 6 ticket scraps alongside the usual boosters and such. I hope the upcoming skin is goooooood!

See, that's kind of the same thing as spears; not all classes really fit into the concept. It would need to be expanded a tad. Something like a two-handed Flail (A long shaft with a weighted head at the end of a chain), One-handed Whip and then an off-hand agricultural flail as a casting weapon (in the sense of the Egyptian Flail being a symbol rather than a weapon). That last one is a bit 'meh' though since it could just as easily be a focus.

Found the recently uncovered cave in Lion's Arch? The little bamboo grove inside the Grove? Yogi Bear in Queensdale (actually, I took you there once, so I know you have)? The ghostly woman watching over her family from beyond the grave (Ditto)? Unleashed a herd of random animals via Asura Gate? Escorted a pair of crotchety old Charr veterans as they borrow a hound and go hunting for Seperatists in a vast underground lair? Seen the haunted house and it's resident undead witch trying to capture and consume a bunch of Charr cubs? Knelt before the Tomb of Saul D'Alessio ?

Since there are Ambrite items that correspond with the new weapons (I say this in speculation; the descriptions mention about weaponizing the ambrite) I'd say that you won't need tickets for them.

I could be wrong however. I expect Ambrite to go up in price after patch for sure. I bought 1000 ambrite just in case.

So no new waypoint stuff, we're thinking it'll be 12 PST if anything changes for real, but something small did happen - the waypoints flickering in Kessex have stopped. All of them that were doing that. We think it's possible the vines may appear in their place.

Essentially, there is no such thing as a "home server" in PvE anymore. There are always only as many instances of a map (per Region, NA or EU) as needed to contain the number of players that are on that map. It will use an algorithm to try and place you into the best "version" intelligently, such as the one that contains your friends or guildmates or others from the same home server.

Long and short of it is- it's not just the starting areas, every zone in the game is more populated now.

Need an invite (back) to the guild? Post a character or account name?

THey were the original "Costumes" that we have now but they were not 1 big piece they were split up just like armor.

I am not sure but I think you could only use them while out of combat and maybe only in Towns as well but I am not sure. Wasted of production/design time imo. I'd rather they just make more armor skins instead of Costumes.
